SeanMcFly
http://i578.photobucket.com/albums/ss221/SeanMcFly/SWF/CrisisChronicles.png SWF : The Crisis Chronicles ...Recession, Money, Crisis...
...The Beginning of the Crisis...
Rich Money : We were at the top of the world. The wrestling world was all in order, and it was the totem pole, first the little promotions, like PSW, MAW and RIPW, granted, RIPW had an extra hand in saving itself, i.e. the SWF. Then came the cult-ish feds, sort of how DaVE looked back in the day, you know, like USPW and NYCW wrestling, which had recently gotten more popular. Then came the big dogs, TCW and SWF, and because we were at the top, we got to see what was coming up next. Like an Omen of bad things to come, and this was bad... Jack Bruce : Oh it was absolutely horrible. People were losing their jobs, some were winding up on the street, and the crime rate went up by the hundreds, maybe even by the thousand. The SWF was a huge thing in North America, and even the world, because after we rose to Global, we had a following that was insanely big. But, that might have caused that domino effect, like, us, rising to Global, triggered a series of events that could've very well ended the Wrestling Industry, and perhaps the economics of the US, and perhaps the world... Richard Eisen : The Bigger they are, the harder they fall, and the SWF... Oh boy, was it ever big... But, god knows, everybody knows, that the SWF will never die, the Wrestling World, will never die. The world needs some level of entertainment, and lets face it, regular tv isn't going to cut it at some point. Regardless, the SWF was falling, but we managed to stop ourselves, because, at that point, I had cashed in some favors...
...January 2008...
Scott Ripley : So, I'm sleeping, it's three o'clock in the morning, I'd just finished watching my DVR copy of SWF Christmas Clash 2007, and I wanted to get some sleep so I could get up and watch an early run of SWF Supreme TV. I'm a big fan of wrestling, and When there's an opportunity to watch, I rarely miss it. So anyways, I was sleeping, and I get a ring from an unknown caller, so naturally I pick up, and next thing you know, I'm going down to the post office to pick up a free plane ticket to Rhode Island. Not exactly the morning I planned, but I wouldn't pass up a free plane ticket. I finally get to Rhode Island, and some dude is waiting outside the terminal, with a sign with my name on it, so, I walk up to him and say, 'I'm Scott Ripley'. He asked me for ID to prove it, I gave it to him, and now I'm on my way to a building in Rhode Island, which not only do I know nothing about, but at the moment, I was still half asleep, which obviously was no help to the cab driver. Plus, he had to wake me up at the end of the ride, which I imagine was no walk in the park, as he gave me dirty looks as I got out of the car. Anyways, I walk into the office, and the secretary tells me that 'Mr Eisen will see me now'. Mr. Eisen, the name sounded familiar, I obviously knew who it was, but again, it was 5 in the morning. I walk into his office, and sure enough, it's Richard Eisen, staring at me across the room. Anyways, Eisen starts telling me about the Economic recession, which I needed no filling in about, as It took my job recently. He seemed to have read my mind, as he immediately began talking about the very subject. Just as I was about to ask, what the hell am I doing here, he blurts out a question, a question, that, should I not have been half asleep, I probably would've answered immediately. But, I added some suspense, by forgetting to answer the question. Remo walked in though, and slapped me on the side of the head, and my response to the shot was a resounding Yes. Richard immediately showed me to the Booker's office, which led me to start thinking 'What the F*ck just happened ?' but then it hit me... I forgot to lock my apartment door this morning. F*ck.
...Present Day...
Richard Eisen : Three Months into my choice to have Ripley as a booker, and I'm not doubting myself, We rose to Global in March, after Awesome Impact, and I'm kicking myself for not bringing the guy in last year, he's litterally a walking encyclopedia about Pro Wrestling. Scott, has been booking the perfect shows, and I think just at When Hell Freezes Over, we got a Buyrate of some 8.02 or something like that and it's just been getting better and better everytime. The TV shows are bringing in more viewers everytime, the PPV's are some of the best ever booked, and I can't wait to see what he's got in mind for The World is Watching. We'll have to wait and see... Eisen-verse
I like what you have in store for this dynasty. Very cool. SWF projects will always get a loyal fanbase due to the fact that it's, probably, the most popular company in terms of usage. Hopefully you can carve your own niche for the company, Especially with some great projects from BigPapa and NoNeck in the past (two of my more favorite diary writers). I hope you're running a brand split though as that many champions on one show would be too much of an "overkill" scenario. All in all though, Great look thus far. Thank Ya Fellas, I do have a brand split, but I'm just finishing up my storylines right now, I've got about 2 or 3 steps left in them, and until then, the Legends, Supreme and Sky Club Belts won't be defended until the brand split is set up. I made the silly mistake of using pre-defined storylines anticipating that they'd be done with rather quickly, but I made that mistake, so, It'll hopefully make the dynasty more interesting. Anyways, I'm hoping to get the rest of the promotion info up a little later, so until then, I'll finish up the month of March so I can get the shows started

Hyde Hill
Good luck mate as I liked your NOTBW stuff. BTW who are these guys that keep giving star ratings before anything "substantial" has been posted? It is getting real annoying, although I know stars don't mean much for the casual fans it might lead them to miss out on good stuff or to give it a chance. The Intercontinental Championship is on the line as Chris Caulfield battles against Eric Eisen. In the Main Event, Runaway Train will face off with Long time Rival, trying to defend Wrath of God's silent assassin, Vengeance, in a One-on-One Hardcore match at tonight's Supreme TV. Other name matches on the card include Jack Giedroyc vs Dean McWade, and Jack Bruce vs Brandon James in the Opening Match-Up, as Bruce tries to gain momentum before his opponent for The World is Watching is announced. Bigpapa42
Okay, who the **** gave him the bad rating AGAIN? He doesn't even have a show up yet! Yeah, someone is consistently doing that to newer diaries. I've had at least 2 1-star votes on me WWE diary and have to get the first show posted. The star ratings aren't really a big deal, but it does get annoying after awhile. If a diary is deserving of a low rating, then fine. But at least let the guy show something first! Thanks Hyde, You've stuck with me through my NOTBPW one and I hope to keep you on board with this one as well And I'm starting to get quite annoyed at the fact that I'm still getting bad ratings despite the fact that I haven't even put up a show or anything, I noticed at first I'd gotten a 5 Star Rating, which pleased me, but I woke up to a 2 Star Rating which I did not understand

SeanMcFly
Alright, So I've gotten rid of the Face/Heel thing, so I could replace it with Music, as I think the Music is a little harder for me to recognize, and the Heel Face thing should be noticed in the matches, as their personas will definitely be influenced by their alignment. Hyde Hill
You can try the trick I did and link the music with their pictures that way you can still do face/heel as well without it going grey and underscored and I wouldn't mind in the least as imitation is the greatest form of flattery. It's funny, I searched up Underwater Legion in Youtube, as It'd been a song I had in mind for him, and It's a great indy song, but It wasn't on Youtube, so I reverted back to his comedy style, which would be... The Rock Lobster ! Supreme TV is in the process of being written up right now, should be up tomorrow or the next day at the latest.
