Edge, Christian, Evan Bourne, and Finlay vs. the Miz, Chris Jericho, Batista, and the World Heavyweight John Cena.

Finlay really drags the other team down and any team with Jericho, Batista, and Cena on it should not lose.

WWE Smackdown 1/28/11

Out comes the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, Christian who will be challenging for the title at the Rumble against John Cena. Christian talks about how there are thirty man in the Royal Rumble and whoever wins is going to have to beat twenty nine other men but he only has to be beat and a man who he has pinned twice in recent memory. Christian talks about how Cena's reign will end at the Rumble, which the fans cheer and Christian talks about how 2011 will be his year to rocket straight to the top of the food chain in WWE. He has all of his peeps behind him and at the Rumble, he's going to pin Cena in the ring and get the World Heavyweight Championship.

Out comes the World Heavyweight Champion John Cena and Cena talks when Christian challenged him six years ago at the Royal Rumble for the first time, Cena regarded the challenge as a bit of a joke and now six years later, he still thinks that Christian is beneath him. Cena talks about how Christian will always be a great wrestler at the top of the bottom or the bottom of the top but he'll never be the World Heavyweight Champion because he does not have to make the sacrifices that Cena will. Cena looks out to the crowd, saying that they might be behind Christian right now, but they'll turn on him if he should happen to win the title. Cena asks why Christian thinks he can beat him and Christian takes a step back, before he punches Cena, drawing cheers from the crowd.

Christian is beatong on Cena but out runs Batista, the Miz, and Jericho and they are all on Christian like a pack of wild dogs but Edge, Evan Bourne, and Finlay are out and the eight men brawl in the ring. Cena and his crew are cleared from the ring and now Cena stands off in the ring, as these eight men will collide in eight man tag team action tonight.

Mark Henry pinned Lawrence Davis with a running powerslam in 8:10 Davis beats on Henry in the ring but Henry fights him off with a series of moves and he mounts Davis over his shoulders, before hitting a powerslam for the pin. (B)

Out comes Michael Courtier and he nails Henry in the shoulder with one of the title belts but the Big Show runs out and headbutts to the Specialists, knocking them around and beating in the ring, before sending them flying with a huge double clothesline. The Specialists will defend the Unified Tag Team Title belts against the colossal connection of the Big Show and Mark Henry this Sunday at the Royal Rumble. All four men will also be a part of the Royal Rumble.

Alberto Banderas made Booker T submit to the Cross Armbreaker to retain the WWE Intercontinental Title in 12:44 We see footage from last month on Smackdown, where Banderas won the WWE Intercontinental Title, putting Booker on the shelf in the process. It appears that the arm has not healed as much as Booker would have liked, as Banderas works it over. Booker makes a comeback but the Book End is countered with a shoulder throw into the Cross-Armbreaker and Booker has no choice but to tap out. Both men will be part of the Royal Rumble Match. (C+)

Out comes Ted DiBiase, as apparently a match with the Undertaker has been scheduled. DiBiase stands in the ring, talking about how he doubts that the Undertaker will actually show up. The fans are booing and DiBiase says that he is wasting time and if he is wasting time, he is wasting money, and the only think you can put your money on is DiBiase winning the Royal Rumble.

The lights go out.

“DONG!”

The music of the Undertaker plays and the fans are going nuts, as in the darkness, the Undertaker walks out, with two druids. Its the Undertaker as DiBiase takes a step back. After all of the weeks of trash talking it is now time for DiBiase to meet his maker and the Undertaker is in the ring, as the lights come back on and...that's obviously not the Undertaker! The fans boo as they get a closer look at this imposter as DiBiase just smirks in the ring.

Ted DiBiase pinned “The Undertaker” with the Dream Street in 4:11 This fake Undertaker offered some moments of offense, but DiBiase pretty much gained the advantage, hitting a series of moves, before he finishes off the fake with the Dream Street, crossing the arms across the chest for the pin. (C-)

The druids unmask to reveal Brett DiBiase and Joe Hennig. Suddenly the lights go out and the pryo explodes, with the music of Kane. Kane has not been seen since a fireball was launched into his face and Kane makes his way down to the ring, the top half of his face covered in a half mask, dressed in black much like his brother, and he enters the ring. The Fortunate Sons get knocked around, with DiBiase bailing and the fake Undertaker tries to attack Kane, but Kane gives him the Choke Slam for his troubles. Kane gets on the microphone, saying that DiBiase might have burned his face again, but he's going to scorch all of the flesh off of DiBiase's body when he gets his hands on him. Kane says he's going to destroy twenty nine other poor souls and win the Rumble.

An extended look at the history of the Royal Rumble, looking at the history and the thirty men in the match, with thirty men getting a chance of an opportunity of the lifetime. A title shot at Wrestlemania 27.

Edge, Christian, Evan Bourne, and Finlay defeated The Miz, Chris Jericho, Batista, and the World Heavyweight Champion John Cena when Bourne pinned Batista with the Air Bourne in 18:55 after Edge set it up with the Spear. A wild eight man tag that went on some time. In the end, Christian and Cena went to the outside, with Batista setting up Bourne for the Batista Bomb but Edge hit the Spear and that allowed Bourne to connect with the Air Bourne on Batista for the pin. (B+)

Smackdown goes off the air with Bourne celebrating in the ring and hype for the Royal Rumble.

WWE Royal Rumble 2011

A highlight of Royal Rumbles past, from Jim Duggan winning in 1988 to John Morrison winning the 2011 version of the Royal Rumble and tonight with the Royal Rumble where a third of the field are members of the Illuminati. Also the WWE Championship will be on the line inside of a Steel Cage when CM Punk defends his belt against Edge and also Christian finally gets his World Heavyweight Title Shot against John Cena.

The opening match featured Paul London putting his ECW Championship on the line against Goldust Both men exchange holds at the beginning but Goldust manages to use his veteran instincts to take London down and beat on him in the center of the ring, getting a pair of clotheslines and a belly to back suplex but London takes out Goldust with a chop block and begins to work over the right leg. London pounds the legs and snaps it down across the bottom rope, sitting down on it. Dragon screw into a half Boston Crab but Goldust fights out. Goldust beats on London and a pair of clotheslines, setting up a spinebuster. Goldust favors the knee but he rams London into the ring and jawbreaker, before he prepares to set up the Powerslam but his knee buckles out from underneath him and London drapes his feet over the middle rope to get the win in 5:51 London keeps the ECW Championship, using his smarts, by working over the knee and he prevented Goldust from pulling off his bone shattering powerslam for the pin. London wins the match in just under six minutes, which is a good thing considering he'll be back out here for the Royal Rumble later and he used low level offense to conserve his energy(C+)

We are backstage where John Morrison, Kofi Kingston, Shelton Benjamin, Drew McIntyre, R-Truth, Sheamus, and Paul Burchill all stand around, as they are moving to the tumbler to draw numbes for the Royal Rumble with RAW General Manager Kevin Nash and Smackdown General Manager Bret Hart standing around. Morrison talks about how last year, he won the Rumble at number one and it doesn't matter what number he enters. He takes his ball and opens it, to take out the slip of paper. He nods, as we see Alberto Banderas enter the room to draw his number, stating that he's the WWE Intercontinental Champion and any number that he draws will be more then good. He draws a number and has a sour expression on his face, but he just shakes his head and walks off.

The Unified Tag Team Titles were on the line next The Specialists put the belts on the line against the Big Show and Mark HenryThe Specialists were outgunned by their two larger opponents right from the start of this match, with the Big Show and Mark Henry knocking them around the ring. Eventually, the Specialists isolate Mark Henry in the ring and use several double team tactics to keep the World's Strongest Man off balance. A vicious Double DDT nearly retains the belts but Henry fights out and hits a belly to belly suplex on Courtier. Tag made to the Big Show, who begins to run wild, knocking them around. Huge Gorilla Press Slam to Courtier and the Big Show goes for the Choke Slam, but Courtier fights off the Big Show. Double team on the Big Show but the Big Show shoves them off in the ring. Show goes for the Knockout Punch but Courtier ducks and Show hits the corner and Davis hits a springboard dropkick right into a sunset flip onto the Big Show but that is not enough to hold him down. The Big Show goes for a punch but the Specialists duck and give him a double inverted DDT! Courtier baseball slides Mark Henry and Davis hits a 450 Splash on the Big Show which holds him down for the pin in 9:51. The Specialists keep the Unified Tag Team Titles(B-)

We are backstage, where we see Ted DiBiase drawing his number for the Royal Rumble and looks at it approvingly.. DiBiase looks on with a smug expression on his face, as Shawn Michaels, Bryan Danielson, and Randy Orton all enter to draw their numbers, all of them declaring their intentions to win the Royal Rumble. In comes Batista, Chris Jericho, and the Miz to draw their numbers next, with Batista and Orton exchanging an intense staredown as Orton leaves and Batista enters.

Undisputed Women's Champion Katie Lea defended her belt against Alexandra Madison next Both of these divas exchanged moves, with Madison getting a series of quick nearfalls but Katie Lea battered her during this match and hits a series of power moves for about a minute, but Madison makes the comeback and pulls off a missile dropkick for a nearfall. Northern Lights Suplex gets another nearfall but Katie Lea hangs up Madison with a stun gun and hits the Air Raid crash for the pin in 3:51. Katie Lea retains the Undisputed Women's Title(D+)

In walks the Illuminati to draw their numbers, along with CM Punk. The Illuminati draw their numbers one by one, with some looking happy and others not looking all that happy. Punk turns staying that their numbers work into his plan perfectly, but he's going to out there and set the tone, by beating Edge.

A recap of all of the events with Edge against CM Punk inside the confines of a fifteen foot high steel cage.

The Steel Cage with the top, reinforced steel, and door welded shut lowered, after both WWE Champion CM Punk and his challenger Edge were in the ring. The fans are on their feet, buzzing for this match, as Punk and Edge circle each other, before trading a series of chops. Edge gets the better of the exchange and launches Punk into the air with a high back body drop and a series of punches to rock Punk. A gutwrench suplex and Edge hammers a series of forearms down across the chest, before beating on Punk and dropping elbows onto him and now Edge flips Punk into the Tree of Woe and puts the boots right into his chest, before Edge pulls Punk into the center of the ring and an elavated faceplant puts him down. Punk goes to the eyes and beats on Edge, before ramming him headfirst into the steel cage. Edge's head bounces off that solid steel and Punk scoops up Edge, slamming his spine into the cage, before turning right into a backbreaker. Kicks to the ribs and Punk works over the leg, before switching his focus to the ankle of Edge but Edge fights back with an enzuigiri.

The fans are getting behind Edge and Edge is beating on the side of the head of Punk and slams him right into the corner. Ten count punches is stopped with a low blow and spinebuster, before Punk turns Edge over and cranks on the ankle working it over but Edge with another comeback and he rolls Punk into a cradle for a two count. Elbow smash by Punk is ducked and Edge hits a belly to back suplex. Back to his feet and Edge beats on Punk, hitting a powerslam but a missile dropkick misses. GTS but Edge counters with the Edge O-Matic for a nearfall! Edge continues the assault on Punk but Punk elbows him in the corner. To the top rope but Edge hits a superplex to Punk. Both men are laid out and now Edge goes for the Spear but Punk avoids it. Punk knees Edge in the back and now has him up for the GTS but once again Edge counters, this time with a Swinging DDT. Edge is up and he stomps away at Punk, before stepping through the legs and applying a Sharpshooter! Vicious submission move and Edge is leaning back into the spine of Punk but Punk pulls on the referee as he checks him, causing the referee to clonk heads with Edge, breaking the hold and knocking the referee out!

Desperation by Edge, and Punk is crawling around but the fans are on their feet, as someone steps over the guardrail, A Hispanic Gentleman who looks about six foot six and over three hundred pounds. A small but noticeable chant of “L-A-X” could be heard, as this man steps over as Edge blocks a punch from Punk and returns fire, but the man climbs up the steps and grabs onto the door. That door is welded shut, not even Mark Henry could bust it off. THE DOOR IS RIPPED RIGHT OFF OF THE STEEL CAGE! This man is extremely powerful and he enters the ring. Edge turns his attention towards the interferer, in time to get destroyed by a vicious shoulder tackle! The man picks up Edge and chokes him, as Punk gets to his feet and yells, “finish him, Hernandez!” Hernandez picks up Edge and hoists him up with the greatest of ease, before dropping Edge down with a released crucifix power bomb. Punk applies the Anaconda Vice to the unconscious form of Edge and the referee is up, to check the arm and drop it three times to give Punk the win in 12:41. CM Punk retains the WWE Championship thanks to the interference of apparently a new member of the Illuminati. (B+)

This man, Hernandez, as Punk appears to have called him, gives the WWE Championship Belt to Punk, and pulls him up. The cage door was just ripped off the hinges and Edge was dropped on his head like he was a feather. This man is scary strong and he might be the deadliest member of the Illuminati to date. Punk once said that there are many more waiting in the rings to replace those who don't cut the muster and Punk has really proven that fact tonight.

A recap of the World Heavyweight Title with Christian against John Cena.

John Cena put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Christian next. Cena goes for a cheapshot at the bell but Christian fires back with a series of forearm smashes and then a pair of hiptosses, before beating on him in the corner and then throwing him into the corner. Dropkick right in the back of the head and Christian beats on Cena, drawing even more cheers and Christian snap mares Cena, before drilling a knee to the chest. Christian hammers away at Cena and into the corner. Leaping forearm smash in the corner and Christian hits a reverse neckbreaker for a two count. A series of falling axe handles and Christian picks up Cena, before drilling a kneelift and go behind into a Russian Legsweep for a two count. Christian throws Cena into the ropes but he ducks the head, allowing Cena to drill Christian in the face and cradle him with a fisherman suplex for a two and a half count.

Cena beats on Christian, drilling a series of punches right across the head and then applies a sleeperhold but Christian starts to fight out so Cena throws him into the ropes. Leaping clothesline by Cena and now Cena stomps the chest of Christian, before pulling him up to a standing position. Belly to back suplex and Cena rolls over Christian, before dropping the leg. Cena now beats on the legs of Christian and then a backbreaker sets him up, before Cena beats on Christian and into the corner. Choking in the corner and Cena beats on Christian, before hitting a swinging neckbreaker. Cena drops two legs onto the chest of Christian and now picks him up. Belly to belly suplex and now Cena drags Christian into the center of the ring, before he cranks on the leg, going for the STF but Christian is in the ropes. Cena pounds on Christian in the ropes and now Cena beats on Christian some more, before giving him a spine buster and a kneedrop across the groin, gaining a warning from the referee, before Cena turns Christian into the STF! The move is locked on and now Christian is struggling but he's fighting the hold and he gets to the ropes!

Cena headbutts Christian and throws him into the ropes. Christian boots Cena right in the face as he charges in and European Uppercut right out of the corner knocks Cena down. Christian scrambles on top for a cover but only a two count. Christian beats on Cena and into the ropes. The head is ducked and Cena kicks Christian in the face, before clothesling him down! Cena picks up Christian and gives him a delayed vertical suplex and then begins choking him, drawing another warning from the referee. Cena hammers away at Christian and slingshot suplex off of the ropes, before Cena climbs to the second rope and he drops an elbow down across the chest of Christian for a two count. Now Cena rolls over Christian and hammers away at the back of his head, before setting him up. Into the ropes and now Cena with a kneelift and then a series of forearm smashes. Attitude Adjustment, No Christian counters by dropping down and he backslides Cena for a close nearfall!

Cena goes for a punch but he misses and Christian with a waistlock roll up. Another nearfall and now Christian is pummeled and into the ropes. Head ducked and Christian sunset flips Cena for another two count. Christian beats on Cena and turns him into an inverted DDT across the knee, before drilling knees into the chest and now Christian picks up Cena, before throwing him into the corner. Ten count punches and Christian lands on his feet, before he hooks Cena and tornado bulldog brings him down. A cover but Cena kicks out, just a second away from losing the championship! The fans are going absolutely insane and now Christian beats on Cena and pulls out an inverted DDT, before making another cover. Nearfall and Christian to the top rope. Springboard sunset flip and Christian nearly wins the title once again! Christian goes to whip Cena into the corner but Cena reverses and Christian hits the corner but returns fire with a boot and he has Cena and Tornado DDT right out of the corner! Cena has been flattened and now Christian heads to the top rope. To the top rope but Cena is rolling to the outside. Cena now walks around the ring and snatches the World Heavyweight Title Belt from the timekeeper. Cena is walking towards the back, with the fans booing and Christian jumps down, as the referee yells for Cena, but suddenly he turns to the ring announcer.

Ring Announcer: “Ladies and Gentlemen, may I have your attention please? If John Cena does not return to the ring within the count of ten, he will not only lose the match, but he will also lose the World Heavyweight Championship!

The fans cheer and Cena looks none too pleased but as he makes his way down to the ring, Christian attacks him immediately as he enters the ring and then hits a small package for a close nearfall! Cena gets back to his feet and Killswitch attempt but Cena holds onto the ropes to break the hold and beats on Christian and takes him down right into the STF but Christian kicks Cena way and rolls him into another small package for a nearfall! Cena is back on his feet and he spins around, before he blatantly nails the referee right in the face with a punch!Christian has Cena and drives him down with the Killswitch but the referee is calling for the bell, having no choice but to disqualify Cena for that blatant assault. Winner As a Result of Disqualification Christian, John Cena remains World Heavyweight Champion in 18:55(A)

Cena could not beat Christian. Had Christian managed to pull that Killswitch off just ten seconds earlier, Cena would be done and Christian would be the champion. Batista, Miz, and Jericho are out, pulling Cena from the ring, but Christian parades around with the belt. He would be the champion if Cena had not decided to nail the referee. Christian sets the belt down in the ring and is not too pleased. Hopefully he'll be able to get another shot, because Cena just pretty much screwed him over in the cheapest and most blatant way possible.

A look at the entire history of the Royal Rumble.

Out comes the WWE Champion CM Punk to sit down at the announcers table with Hernandez standing behind him. Punk talks about his commanding performance earlier tonight and he talks about how step one of his master plan for Wrestlemania will take place. When Cole talks about how one of thirty men could win, Punk corrects him, saying that it will be one of ten men, because the Illuminati has this in the bag.

Let's see who drew number one...Frankie Kazarian makes his way out to the ring, talking trash to the crowd and he slides to the ring. Kazarian, a member of the Illuminati slides into the ring and looks ready to go.

Let's see who drew number two...Booker T makes his way down to the ring. Booker T looks focused but if he wants to win, and he slides into the ring.

2011 Royal Rumble

Booker T begins to light Kazarian up with a series of chops, before throwing him into the ropes. High back body drop and Booker T hammers him with a series of forearms across the back of the head, before attempting to put Kazarian over the top rope but Kazarian fights back and a forearms of down across the head and a pair of dropkicks. Both men have an exchange, where they attempt to put him over the top rope. #3 is Bryan Danielson! Danielson slides underneath the bottom rope and drills Kazarian hits a kick right to the head. Danielson beats on Kazarian, before throwing him down to the canvas and Danielson hammers him, before drilling him with a kneelift. A kneelift to Booker T and Danielson drills him with a kneedrop, before hammering away on Kazarian, with a series of chops but #4 is David Hart Smith, who makes the save on Kazarian Smith and Kazarian double team Danielson and then they double team Booker T, trying to send him over the top rope. Booker T is fighting both members of the Illuminati as #5 is Chris Jericho. Jericho takes his time entering the ring, before he hits Danielson with a dropkick to the side of the head. Jericho and Danielson have an exchange, with Danielson getting the better of Jericho, before beating on him and applying an arm lock, trying to wear Jericho down, as Booker T hits a Harlem Side Kick and Kazarian goes for a dropkick, but Booker T catches it and catapults him but Kazarian hangs onto the top rope to avoid elimination, as does Jericho when Danielson attempts to put him out.

#6 is Alberto Banderas and Booker T goes right to fight him, as there is no love lost between Booker T and the WWE Intercontinental Champion. Smith sneaks in on Danielson and goes for a belly to back suplex but Danielson lands on his feet and drills him with a kick to the back of the head but Kazarian tries to sneak in to take Danielson out. Banderas goes to the eyes of Booker T and attempts to shove him over the top rope, but Booker T. fights him off, as #7 Randy Orton stalks to the ring! Orton slowly slithers the ring, as Smith and Kazarian try to put Danielson out, but Danielson is elbowing out. Orton enters the ring and nails Banderas with a kick, before beating on him. European Uppercut to Jericho and now Orton is beating on Booker T. Orton beats on Danielson, Smith, and Kazarian as well. Orton has no friends and Jericho goes for a Code Breaker but Orton blocks it and nails Jericho with an RKO. #8 is John Morrison! Last year, Morrison entered the Rumble at #1 and won but this year, he has a bit better of a pick, at number eight and Morrison slides into the ring, beating on Orton, but Orton catches him with a snap powerslam. Danielson nearly knocks Kazarian over, Kazarian nearly flips over but does not go out and now Booker T is punching away at Banderas in the corner but Banderas hangs onto the ropes for dear life. #9 is Batista who stalks to the ring and he steps into the ring, as he stares Randy Orton down, but Jericho attacks Orton in an attempt to gain some revenge and Morrison attacks Batista. Batista smokes Morrison with a huge lariat and Jericho is nearly eliminated, but Smith attacks Orton and now Batista is content with punishing Morrison, as Banderas is nearly out by Booker T. #10 is Jack Swagger! The United States Champ enters the ring and assists his fellow Illuminati member Smith with attacking Orton in the corner. Kazarian joins, as Danielson rushes over, to help fight them off but Orton makes him pay with a clothesline and attempts to throw Danielson over but Danielson hangs on. Its every man for himself and no one embraces that fact more than Randy Orton who has no friends, only enemies on RAW.

The pryo goes off to bring out #11 Kane! The fighting in the ring just stops and Kane walks to the ring, in a half mask to cover his recently re-burned by the Fortunate Sons face, dressed all in black and enters the ring. Kane holds the record of Royal Rumble eliminations and he goes right to work duplicating or perhaps beating his own record as he attacks Kazarian and then Smith, before he boots Smith over the top rope, for the first elimination of this match! The fans are cheering, as Kane walks over and saves Booker T from an elimination and then he clotheslines Banderas over. Alberto Banderas is out of the Royal Rumble. Booker T is up and Kane throttles him, before pushing him over the top rope. Booker T has been eliminated Jericho jumps Kane but Kane shrugs him off, before beating on him, drawing more cheers. #12 is Kaval, who helps replenish the Illuminati stock in the ring and Kaval enters the ring and he nails Danielson with a vicious kick right to the back of the head, which knocks Danielson through the ropes to the floor! Since Danielson was knocked through the ropes, he is still in this match, but he might not be in the land of being conscious. Kaval laces into everyone with those kicks but Kane shrugs it off and boots Kaval right into the face. #13 is the man who likes to fight, Finlay Finlay enters the ring and goes right for Chris Jericho, nailing him with a series of stiff shots right to the face. Finlay dumps Jericho! Jericho is none too happy and he is on the apron, grabbing Finlay, which allows Batista shoves him over the top rope. Finlay and Jericho continue to beat on each other on the floor. Another near battle between Batista and Orton is broken up, as Danielson is still laid out face first on the floor and out comes paramedics, who are going for Danielson, who might have a concussion after that kick to the head. He might have to forfeit the Royal Rumble. #14 is Sheamus! The Celtic Warrior enters the ring and beats on Randy Orton, hammering away at him, before he goes to brawl with Kane. Batista is stomping Morrison in the corner, beating on him some more. Several near eliminations, as #15 comes out with the Miz slides into the ring, before entering the ring and drills Morrison. Last year the Rumble came down to these two men. Danielson is being checked some more on the floor, as the Rumble continues with no one being eliminated right yet.

#16 is the Big Show! As with Kane, all of the action in the ring stops, as Kane continues to choke Kaval in the corner. The Miz attacks the Big Show but the Big Show catches the Miz. The Miz is launched the Big Show over the top rope! The Miz is on the floor and Morrison goes for a high cross body, but the Big Show catches him and drops him down, before hitting him with a reverse thrust kick. Morrison has been eliminated! The Big Show pounds away at Sheamus as Kane beats on Orton. We see Kaval and Kazarian attack the Big Show, but Big Show sends over the top rope. Kaval and Kazarian have both been eliminated! Swagger stands alone in the ring and Show beats on him, before Swagger is thrown down but Kane and the Big Show have a staredown and begin to brawl. #17 is William Regal as he slides into the ring and we see Danielson helped up but he shoves the paramedics away and staggers back into the ring. Regal attacks Danielson immediately as he reenters the ring but Danielson is fighting back. We see Orton rushing over and hitting the Big Show from behind. Kane beats on Orton and Batista is now beating on the Big Show. Swagger and Regal are double teaming Danielson in the corner, with Sheamus coming in and beating on Kane and Orton. #18 is Drew McIntyre, who enters the ring, beating on the Big Show. Everyone is fighting in the ring, as the match continues, with several near misses. #19 brings out Evan Bourne and slides into the ring. Bourne goes right for Batista but Batista drills him with a kneelift right to the chest and hammers away at him! Danielson is fighting elimination, kicking right in the head of Regal. #20 brings out Michael Courtier of the Specialists, sliding into the ring and he helps beat on Danielson. Kane rushes over and cleans house as Bourne avoids an elimination at the hands of Batista. Orton beats on Swagger as the Royal Rumble continues.

#21 Tyson Kidd is out, as he joins Swagger, Regal, and Courtier ganging up on the Big Show, as Kane and Batista are wailing on each other and Orton pounds away at Sheamus, while McIntyre and Danielson are going at it. #22 brings out Lawrence Davis, to bump up the Illuminati members in this match to a solid six people and Davis now attacks the Big Show and it takes the combined forces of six men, to dump the Big Show over the top rope! The Big Show is down on the floor as Batista is beating on Kane but Kane is not out yet. Randy Orton sneaks it and hits Batista with a glancing blow, before Orton dumps Batista right over the top rope! The fans pop big time and Batista is none too pleased, kicking the steps as. #23 is Paul London, yet another Illuminati member in the match! Batista is throwing the referees down and he grabs a chair, before he enters the ring and jabs the chair into the ribs of Orton, before he waffles him right across the back with a vicious chairshot! Batista leaves, having dented the chair over the back of the Viper and now London enters the ring, picking up the downed Orton. London tosses Orton over the top rope for the elimination! London taking advantage of a downed Randy Orton and now Batista beats on Orton some more but Orton is fighting back and the referees have to separate these two men. The battle continues in the ring but the brawl between Batista and Orton is still going on the ramp and around the arena. Orton looks ready to kill Batista. Things are calmed down and both men are escorted to the back in time for the #24 man, Shawn Michaels to come out to a huge reaction Michaels has vowed to win the WWE Championship by the end of Wrestlemania 27 or retire and the best way to do that is to win the Royal Rumble and get a guaranteed title shot. Michaels goes straight to work, attacking people left and right. Leaping forearm smash knocks McIntyre over the top rope to the floor. Sheamus charges Shawn Michaels but gets catapulted over the top rope with a high back body drop! We see Danielson fighting off of the Illuminati and Michaels runs in, knocking them all around. Down goes Kidd, Courtier, Davis, Swagger, Regal, and London and then Michaels knocks Danielson over the ropes but he hangs on, proving its every man for himself. Evan Bourne gets an inverted atomic drop as does Tyson Kidd! #25 is R-Truth who enters the ring, asking us what's up and what's up is Sweet chin Music from Shawn Michaels, as Truth is knocked to the floor! Thanks for coming Truth. #26 is Mark Henry! Henry joins the battle against the Illuminati, going after the Specialists as a result of what happened earlier tonight. Danielson is nearly dumped again but he slides into the ring. #27 is Shelton Benjamin! Benjamin rushes to the ring and attacks everyone. The fans are on their feet, but the Illuminati are sticking together for the most part, which is making it very difficult to anyone to attack just one member. #28 and Paul Burchill is out to the ring! Burchill slides into the ring and he begins to attack Michaels. Michaels hammers away at Burchil to fire back but Burchill goes for a suplex, attempting to duck Michaels but Michaels lands on the apron, grabs Burchill and pulls him to the floor for the elimination! Bruchill is out and now Mark Henry is up but Michaels leaps on Henry, knocking him around, before Henry is sent over the top rope. Double clothesline on the Specialists and Shelton Benjamin charges Michaels but Michaels launches Benjamin over the top rope! #29 brings out Kofi Kingston to a huge pop from the crowd. Kofi enters the ring and beats on the Specialists and Trouble in Paradise to Swagger knocking him for the loop. Swagger is knocked around and #30 is Ted DiBiase who swaggers to the ring, looking smug and he enters the ring.

“DONG”

The lights go out and when they come back on...nothing happens. DiBiase gets nailed with the Sweet Chin Music from Shawn Michaels for the elimination! DiBiase is out the floor. DiBiase rolls over on the floor as London, the Specialists, Kidd, Regal, and Swagger, all exchange glances, as Mark Henry, Kofi Kingston, Evan Bourne, Bryan Danielson, and Shawn Michaels stand on the other end of the ring, facing off against the Illuminati as the fans are on their feet. These are your final suspects, six members of the Illuminati against five other WWE Superstars. Everyone attacks, and there is a huge brawl in the ring, but the Specialists and London gang up on Mark Henry, taking out the biggest man first. Mark Henry is eliminated! Evan Bourne hammers away at everyone, but Swagger kneelifts him and throws him to the outside! Bourne has been implanted on the floor. Kofi Kingston rushes everyone but London and Regal grab him, before Kofi is pitched for the elimination! The fans are going nuts, as Danielson is knocked over the top rope, no wait, he's still in, sliding underneath the bottom rope. Shawn Michaels stands back, as the Illuminati stalk him, six against one, with Danielson down on the other end of the ring. Michaels manages to launch Kidd to the floor for the elimination. The Illuminati rush Michaels and beats on him. The fans are going ntus as Michaels is fighting from underneath, but Regal and Swagger grab a leg, with the Specialists grabbing an arm and London goes underneath Michaels. The Illuminati have Michaels up and The five of them fling Michaels over the top rope, drawing loud boos from the crowd! Michaels was on fire, but his fire was completely stomped out by the combined forces of the Illuminati.

Now Swagger, Regal, Courtier, Davis, and London all turn around, to look at Danielson, who has been in there since number three, for over an hour, and he's now stuck five against one against the Illuminati. Danielson kicks Regal in the face, and begins to unload on the Illuminati members with a series of punches, chops, and elbow strikes! The fans are going insane and chanting for Danielson, as he is fighting the Illuminati with all of his mights. Danielson takes Regal to the floor for the elimination! Danielson with the greatest one man performance in WWE history and Davis goes for a shot but Danielson ducks it and kneelift right to the face. Danielson grabs Courtier by the legs and rocks back, he catapults Courtier into Davis, sending both of the Specialists over the top rope! The fans explode into boos, as now the Illuminati's five on one advantage have been chipped down to one on one, with Paul London and Bryan Danielson.

Both men staredown and both men exchange a series of chops. The fans are going absolutely insane and Danielson hits a double underhook suplex, before he cradles London and drills elbows into the side of the head of London, before picking him up and elbows him across the side of the head numerous times. Danielson beats on London and tries to toss him over the top rope but London hangs on and shoulder to the midsection before London hits a springboard elbow smash and London beats on Danielson and goes for a piledriver but Danielson counters with a catapult! The fans are going insane and Danielson applies an abdominal stretch, before he begins to drill a series of elbow right across the top of the head! Danielson picks up London, scooping him up and trying to put him over the top rope, but London is fighting off, before CM Punk gets to his feet and the referees leave, as Hernandez and Punk are on the floor, to tell Punk not to interfere and Danielson turns around, to jaw with them, but London hits a low blow on Danielson and puts him over the top rope for the win!

The fans are booing, as Danielson is down on the floor, as Paul London is your winner of the 2011 Royal Rumble. He's the ECW Champion but he could add another belt to his collection. The rest of the Illuminati enter the ring, to celebrate with London, and the fans are not happy, as they all were on their feet, anticipating Danielson getting the winner. WWE Monday Night RAW 1/31/11

We see the entire assembled Illuminati walk out, with a celebration for The Specialists keeping the Unified Tag Team Titles, CM Punk keeping the WWE Championship, and Paul London keeping the the ECW Championship along with winning the 2011 Royal Rumble. Punk gets on the microphone, introducing the newest member of the Illuminati, the man who sends his fellow Mexicans running back across the border, Hernandez, who is here to make sure that no one is going to get their hands on Punk. Punk talks about how they thought they had it figured out and the WWE Championship was going to leave his possession but Edge was nearly put in traction and now Punk is still the WWE Champion. February 20th, in three weeks time, CM Punk will be putting his WWE Championship on the line against five other top superstars on RAW inside the Elimination Chamber and it should be noted that he will walk out of the Chamber with the belt. Punk then shifts gears, to the winner of the 2011 Royal Rumble, Paul London. Punk congratulates London on his victory as it will allow the next step of his master plan to be fulfilled.

Punk says that every single member of the Illuminati has pledged allegiance to CM Punk and to do what they asked of him to help him eradicate Sports Entertainment and the disruptive elements from WWE. Punk announces that he has only half as much power as he should, as the WWE Championship is over his shoulder, but there is still the World Heavyweight Championship, to hold all of the cards. Therefore, he says that London needs to prove his ultimate loyalty to the Illuminati, signing over the championship match that he earned in the Royal Rumble, to CM Punk, so Punk can challenge the World Heavyweight Champion at Wrestlemania 27 in a title unification match, so he can reign supreme over the entire WWE. London does not look all that happy but Punk states that he doesn't have to sign it over this week, the paperwork has not been drafted, but it will be ready by next week and London will prove his ultimate loyalty by signing on the dotted line. One way or another, London won't be getting the title shot, either by signing it over to Punk or the beating that he will suffer by the Illuminati should be betray the cause.

“I HEAR VOICES IN MY HEAD!”

Out comes Randy Orton to the ring, who talks about how London is the luckiest man in the world. One on one, he couldn't beat Randy Orton and the only reason that he threw Orton out at the Royal Rumble, is because Batista cheap shotted him with a chair shot. Orton says that London is on borrowed time and Punk is too. Orton will become the WWE Championship and Punk interrupts Orton, telling him that he had his chance and he blew it.

Bryan Danielson comes out as well and talks about how last night, he fought off five men at the end and won, had it not been for CM Punk sticking his nose into the Rumble. Danielson talks about how Punk didn't want him to win the Royal Rumble, because its been proven that Danielson made Punk tap out back at War Games. Orton says that he wants the title shot and he will take out anyone to do it, including Danielson.

Diesel Power plays and out comes Kevin Nash, who talks about how there are obviously some things to take care of but for tonight, Paul London and CM Punk can take on Randy Orton and Bryan Danielson in the main event! The fans cheer for this blockbuster tag team match tonight.

The Undisputed Women's Champion Katie Lea make her way out, watching intently for the fatal four way number one contenders match, where the winner faces her for the belt in three weeks at Elimination Chamber.

Gail Kim defeated Natalya, Mia Mancini, and Melina when Gail Kim pinned Natalya with the Eat Defeat in 4:11 An insane four way encounter, as all four women battled with each other, but in the end, Gail Kim got the win. She left the ring and stared down Katie Lea, as the fans are buzzing for this encounter. (C+)

We see John Morrison and Shawn Michaels talking backstage. Michaels talks about his frustration about not winning the Rumble but he states that next week, he's going to get into the Elimination Chamber when he has a match with John Morrison next week in a Qualifier. Morrison states it would be a shame that if Michaels would not get inside the Chamber, when Morrison beats him. Michaels talks about how he's sorely tempted to Superkick Morrison but he needs Morrison, as tonight they have a chance to win the Unified Tag Team Titles.

Hernandez pinned Yoshi Tatsu with a Crucifix Power Bomb in 0:32 Hernandez calmly entered the ring and destroyed Tatsu, beating him down on the canvas, before nailing him with a huge Crucifix Power Bomb and pinning him. (C-)

Out rushes Edge from the back. Last night, Edge was attacked by Hernandez and cost the belt and now Edge enters the ring and beats on Hernandez but Hernandez shrugs off the attacks and beats on Edge, before drilling him with a huge spear, before giving him another huge Crucifix Power Bomb! Second night in a row and Edge has been flattened, with his own move setting up the Crucifix Power Bomb!

The Hart Dynasty defeated Kofi Kingston and R-Truth when Kofi accidentally hit Truth and Kidd rolled him up for the pin in 10:20 Kofi was beaten for most of this match but the hot tag was made, with R-Truth running wild. Kofi runs in and goes for Smith but he ducks and Kofi hits R-Truth with the Trouble in Paradise. Smith suplexes Kofi backwards and Kidd rolls up R-Truth for the pin. (B-)

Randy Orton cuts a slow promo, talking about how at the end of the day, he will be the WWE Champion, even if he has to personally cripple every single other top contender on this brand. He warns Danielson that they might be partners tonight, but Danielson is a threat and he should not trust Orton at all. Hype for the tag match tonight.

Unified Tag Team Champions the Specialists defeated John Morrison and Shawn Michaels when Davis pinned Morrison with a Spiked Brain Buster in 15:05 Michaels and Morrison look good in the early portion of this match, but Morrison is caught in the ring, isolated, and never actually managed to make the tag. A vicious double hotshot sets up a double brain buster for the pin. (B+)

Michaels chases the Specialists from the ring, before he helps up Morrison and then nails him with the Sweet Chin Music! The fans cheer big time and Michaels says that now that they're no longer partners, he has no problem with Superkicking Morrison. He promises to see Morrison next week in the Elimination Chamber Qualifier. Next week it will be Michaels against Morrison in an Elimination Chamber Qualifier with four other matches.

Randy Orton and Bryan Danielson defeated the ECW Champion Paul London and the WWE Champion CM Punk when Orton pinned Punk with the RKO in 15:11 A wild tag team match, with the Illuminati working together for a common goal in eliminating their two biggest threats on RAW. Danielson is beaten two on one for the majority of this match but he fights back, leading to the hot tag to Orton. Orton runs wild, attacking both London and Punk. Danielson enters the ring and takes London out. Punk is nailed with the RKO and pinned by Orton. (B)

The WWE Champion has been pinned by Randy Orton and now Orton is going to set up Punk for the Punt but the Illuminati rushes down to the ring, and Orton slides to the outside, before getting on the micorphone, and saying that soon the Illuminati won't be able to save Punk.

ECW On Sy Fy 2/1/11

Hype for tonight featuring a match with the World's Greatest Tag Team taking on the ECW Champion Paul London and WWE Champion CM Punk in tag team action.

We see the Unified Tag Team Champions the Specialists, announcing that they are the best tag team that have ever walked through the halls of ECW. Therefore, they are going to issue an open challenge to the first two men who walked into the ring. Suddenly, the Dudebusters and David Otunga and Justin Gabriel all come out. Croft is taken out by Gabriel but Baretta fights off Otunga and they enter the ring. Suddenly, Baretta and Gabriel are in the ring and the Specialists attack them, setting up the Unified Tag Team Title match.

The Specialists defeated Justin Gabriel and Trent Barretta when Davis pinned Gabriel with the Spiked Brain Buster in 7:21 Gabriel and Barretta did not work together, due to the recent issues of Otunga and Gabriel and the Dudebusters as of late. The Specialists prove their dominance as Unified Tag Team Champions, remaining undefeated as a tag team and keeping the belts. (C-)

Goldust cuts a promo backstage, talking about how he wants just one more shot at the ECW Championship and he is going to have another match with Drew McIntyre where he has a chance to cement it. Drew McIntyre will never forget the name of Goldust and neither will Paul London.

Goldust pinned Drew McIntrye with a bulldog off the second rope in 8:14 The fans are going insane for Goldust, the legendary fan fan favorite but the rule breaking McIntrye attempted to cut his momentum off. McIntrye set up Goldust in the corner and turned to taunt the crowd but Goldust fired off a super bulldog for the pin and perhaps getting back in the title picture. (C-)

Josh Mathews enters the ring to announce the most vital episode of ECW in two weeks time. He also announces that ECW General Manager Tiffany after weeks of investigation, has been released from her duties due to inappropriate and unprofessional acts that she's done with various members of the Illuminati, in exchange for allowing them free reign on this show. A new ECW General Manager will be announced in two weeks, among other things and that's not all, in to weeks, a huge ECW Championship with Paul London defending his title against the returning Matt Hardy! The fans explode into cheers, as we have Matt Hardy via satellite, who talks about for the past six weeks he has been on the shelf, but he's healed, suffering a broken arm, busted up knees, and a concussion but now he got a clean bill of health and now in two weeks, he's going to become the ECW Champion for a third time. Out comes London for his rebuttal, talking about how Matt Hardy as usual is living in a delusional fantasy land and London talks about how he's the winner of the 2011 Royal Rumble, having beaten twenty nine other men. Hardy talks about how London is a pawn of CM Punk and asks London if he's going to sign his soul over to CM Punk along with his Wrestlemania title shot. London states that's what Punk intends to happen but before this can go any further, Shelton Benjamin is out, to ask where his title shot is, he beat London a few weeks ago. Hardy remarks that he has a rematch clause and he should have been first in line. Benjamin says that London is a coward and he doesn't deserve to be ECW Champion, because he hides behind the Illuminati and one on one, Benjamin has proved that London can't beat him. London announces that he'll defend the belt against any and all challengers, Hardy, Benjamin, Goldust, anyone who wants to show up and take his belt. London talks about how there is no one who can touch him, he won the Royal Rumble, he'll beat Hardy in two weeks, and then if Benjamin wants a crack, if Goldust wants a crack, if anyone wants a crack, he'll beat them all, because no one is taking away his greatness and the fact that he won the 2011 Royal Rumble. In two weeks Paul London against Matt Hardy for the ECW Championship, along with a new ECW General Manager, and more big announcements on the biggest ECW show to date.

The World's Greatest Tag Team defeated the ECW Champion Paul London and the WWE Champion CM Punk when Benjamin pinned London with the T-Bone Suplex after London inadvertently dropkicked Punk in 14:22 For the second time in a month, Shelton Benjamin has pinned the ECW Champion in the center of the ring. Punk and London worked together, but in the end, in a free for all, London caught Punk with a misaimed dropkick and Benjamin connects with a T-Bone Suplex for the pin. (B+)

Hype for the big ECW in two weeks and RAW this Monday, where Punk will have paper work for London to forfeit his title shot won from the Royal Rumble, so Punk can take on whomever the World Heavyweight Champion is in a title unification match at Wrestlemania 27.
