Blackman
Unless Sunday Shane gives his spot to Ziggler I dont like Shane being in the match. Like they couldnt get any actual wrestler to represent Smackdown, just a McMahon stroking that ego? Ziggler would be the only choice now that hes not on the card. I think it's poetic, given his involvement in SS 15 years ago. It surprises me they didn't at least mention that, or are they supposing that everybody knows? Besides that, I also think it's a shame. Maybe the genetic jackhammer or his son in law will make an appearance to beat him up so he'll have to give his spot away to Ziggler. Who knows? Blackman
I assume the SD man's team and RAW women's team are going to win, given they've made the other team look good in the previous show. But you never know. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
Greylocke
I'd like SD to win, but look at the teams. I mean, Raw has either the most over ones or the most protected ones, in general. Smackdown ALWAYS looks like the underdog going into those brand vs brand matches....and then they win at the PPV. Look at the SvS match back in the Bischoff/Long era. Kane and Big Show on Team RAW was taking everyone out, including SD' Champion Batista. Then on the PPV Smackdown won. Then recall the first ever Bragging Rights PPV. Smackdown's original team was a joke and had to get a complete overhaul the week before the event. DX was burying Team Smackdown on the mic. Then Big Show turned on Team RAW and Smackdown won. This year it's the same. Smackdown looks like the underdog (as usual). They can't even get 5 active wrestlers to fill up their main team and had to use their Authority figure. And Team RAW got the better of Team Smackdown the week before the PPV. That means Smackdown is winning this. Anyway for the rest of the RAW vs Smackdown matches, I agree with Blackman that RAW is winning the Women's match. Mainly because you can tell that they're really putting more spotlight on their Women's division (letting them main event shows). RAW will probably keep the Cruiserweight title (and division) because they're 3 hours long and need to fill time. Smackdown will keep the IC title because RAW already has more titles than them. And SD's Tag Teams will win just to keep the score even so that the main eventers' match still matter.
The Final Countdown
RAW will probably keep the Cruiserweight title (and division) because they're 3 hours long and need to fill time. Smackdown will keep the IC title because RAW already has more titles than them. I actually disagree; I think both titles are switching. It makes zero sense for the IC and US title to be on the same show, but it DOES make sense for the cruiserweights to be on Smackdown. They'll already be there for Smackdown tapings anyway for the new cruiserweight network show, so it's only logical for them to move to the blue brand. Spoilers from tonight's NXT below in white: As much as I wish Nak losing meant he was going to the main roster where he should've been all along, I think this was just to set up a rubber match between the two at the next Takeover. Looks like he's going to be stuck in NXT for at least a full year, which is absurd. Not like he's a few months shy of 37 and has a ton of wear and tear on his body or anything.... It was a good match anyway, but nothing tonight or all weekend is going to touch Revival vs. DIY. It's a shame they have zero clue how to book tag teams on the main roster, because the Revival are such a great heel team.

In my mind your idea sounds great, because giving Smackdown the cruiserweights would be a plus, something I think would be smart. I doubt it will though. In my eyes the Woman's title should be on Raw, and the Cruiser on Smackdown, with the IC and US titles being split up.

That would go a long way towards making the two shows feel distinct and also give the latter two divisions more depth, because they don't have enough women/tag teams to support two divisions for each.</p>

There's a plus to them distributing the tag teams and trading them each year to switch things up, but I've grown tired of the stretched rivalries already. Same thing for the women. They get more individual focus but the matchups are all the same. They're "representing" their brand but honestly every tag team except one is in the match. If there was just a big division you'd get more diversity.</p><p> </p><p> That being said there's also negatives, given it's hard to trade established tag teams. But that can be fixed by giving them individual runs, etc. We'll see tomorrow what the future will bring. In any event the women and tag teams will stay divided. Else they'd make a fool out of themselves with the creation of the new titles.</p>

K-Nection
I really don't know what to say.....I never had such mixed feelings on a booking decision. MightyDavidson
This would've been great if they'd had one of the full time wrestlers on the WWE roster beat Brock. Instead they built him up, made him look stupidly invincible only for him to put over a guy who was popular 12 years ago. What good does that do anybody? CQI13
<p>I really liked the stories the matches told last night.</p><p> </p><p> Charlotte wanting to be THE reason for the win/get the pin completely savage Bailey. Not to mention, she hinted at it in the pre-show.</p><p> </p><p> The Usos showing their dominance in the tag match. They have become more interesting without the belt and I dig their attitude.</p><p> </p><p> A "broken" Lesnar as mentioned above could be great - a way to have him go through the Rumble to get a title shot against Owens (or Styles) should they hold it that long.</p><p> </p><p> For a second I thought Strowman would jump ship, but Wyatt standing tall at the end was fine. And what's Orton's deal - is he just working with The Wyatts and not an official member? The cage and scaffolding were a nice touch.</p><p> <strong>#DIY vs The Revival</strong> - MOTY Contender and one of the best tag matches in recent history. I marked out for the #DIY win.</p><p> <strong>Mickie vs Asuka</strong> - Great match. I hope Mickie returns for the rumored Women's Classic show.</p><p> <strong>Joe vs Nakamura</strong> - Great match with a shock result. I expected Joe to get promoted and Nakamura to start feuding with Roode.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"> Verdict:</span></strong> A good but not particuarly memorable show outside of #DIY/Revival.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Survivor Series:</span></strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>5v5 (Women)</strong> - OK match. NoobzUnite
1:25 was the time of the main event. It was horrible and I feel slighted. It's like they crapped all over Takers legacy. Taker gave Brock the streak and Brock was booked like the monster he is. He hasn't been booked weak in any form and they had no one who could be considered legitimate in beating him, but a 50yr old Goldberg was the answer? I call bull because all they had to do was be patient and build up that threat for Brock. Oh idk how about promoting a beast like Joe and building him up or Nakamura. Instead they pull the trigger early and with the wrong opponent for the wrong reasons.

What we got was far more memorable than Brock doing german suplexes for 20 minutes. Also, this is always what Goldberg was best at.
