G-Prime
It's official now though. The shareholders voted and it went through. I for one welcome our mouse-eared overlords.

brashleyholland
I guess that means an end to the MAX commics.
Moe Hunter
I guess that means an end to the MAX commics. Yeah, 'coz Disney don't own Mirimax, who make films like KILL BILL...
ACCBiggz
As I said awhile back, Disney isn't going to change Marvel. They just want a company to get the key young male demographic back to the corporation. It's an investment and they'll get a bunch of use from it. randomfreeze
Disney has a pretty good history of taking old characters/stories that aren't their own and giving them a good makeover (Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Pinocchio, Little Mermaid, etc.) so I hope that prescient carries over for some golden and silver age comic characters. ALSO: In that second picture Johnny posted, who is the robot character flying under Iron Man? I know he was in a kid's cartoon I used to watch growing up but...I can't remember. Duck Tales? Chip and Dale?
Remianen
As I said awhile back, Disney isn't going to change Marvel. Yep, like PIXAR. The alternative was to let a competitor buy them and that's not good business. News Corp was interested in Marvel too and you definitely don't want Murdoch in charge of Marvel. slack
In other news, Tiger Woods is cheating on his wife. Also, I think Michael Jackson may have died. Sorry, just wanted to be a douche.

ACCBiggz
Was never mentioned here, but just as a note... Disney also aquired a 10% stake in Stan Lee's Pow! To add on to their already agreement of having first rights for Pow!
