What your matches are rated on is your base product settings. You're mistaking match ratio (which determines the crowd's tolerance for non-wrestling segments) with baseline product settings (i.e. Traditional, Mainstream, etc). Match ratio at 80% would allow you to use angles with workers as low as midcarder without the crowd "crapping" on them (though the midcard angles won't rate nearly as well as the main eventer ones, obviously) comprising up to 30% of your show's time (20% from the match ratio plus the 10% grace) or as little as 10%. What kind of shows do you envision this promotion putting on? That helps in composing a product more than anything else. Do you have lots of cruisers plying their trade or is it more southern style with lots of brawlers and some technicians? Are the matches fast paced or slow burning? Work from there and then figure out your match ratio based on the kinds of workers you intend to use primarily. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
