Help me with my vocab for worl history I have 80 words I need done and I'm doing the big project for the class so if you want to help please email me at jwttyson@aol.com

In Canada we say Eh... We use it to create rhetorical statement, ask for opinion, or check for attention.

Examples

"Do you know what time it is, eh?" (less common. Its basically just to emphasize the question, more common amongst aboriginals.)

"Its cold outside, eh?" (ask for opinion / rhetorical question)

"We were driving along the road, eh, it was really dark and no one saw this big moose until it was right in front of the car."

If you are American, we tend to find you guys say "huh" for the first example instead of "eh". And you use "okay" instead of "eh" in the second example.

Project done.

the teacher most likely did that to see who would cheat, just like my teachers in high school did. But they always ask us to put things in our own words or to write what vocab word means to us, so if you just copied word for word you would fail and be kicked out of school for the rest of the class for not using your own work
