Sorry I always forget your full name sir. I have always referred you as Remi. And I mean no disrespect.

I am currently doing a 76 diary. And have talked a few times about creating a womens division. Have not decided to go ahead with these plans or not. But my problem is this. I have never played with a womens division. And since I consider you the resident womens guru. I thought I would pick your head for advise.

Product is as follows.

Key= Mainstream

Heavy= Traditional

Medium=Comedy,Risque,

Low=Modern, Daredevil

Vlow= Realism and Hardcore.

And if it matters could be at national level in a few weeks game time.

If you would please perhaps scatter gun it and give me some advise to do the womens division with some kind of justice please.

With that product, you're going to be best served hiring workers with good to great brawling and technical skill. That's not to say that cruisers won't do well (though spot monkeys may struggle) but for best results, go for workers with:

1) Good to great performance skills (especially psychology)

2) Decent to good top line skills (especially rumble and mat/chain wrestling)

3) Decent to good entertainment skills (so they can multitask and do the manager thing on the side, when desired)

I'd go with six workers total: two really good ones, two okay ones, and two projects (preferably rookies). That'll give you the option of doing singles and tag matches with a good face/heel balance (if your divide is medium or higher). Book your women like you book the men (only against each other, for the most part). For speed, I'd have two storylines going: top female face vs top female heel as major roles with the other four women as minor (and repeat for the second tier face & heel). You wind up with a lot of cross-pollination and if the women are in angles with the men, it could boost both storylines in one segment (not even mentioning the men's storylines).

Just remember that a women's division is the card level equivalent of lower midcarder, so don't expect too many 5-star classics. :p
