Rocland
I just picked up one of these bad boys for a steal off Kijiji. My thing is, I have a blackberry with Rogers that works just fine for me and I'm not too eager to shell out $100+ a month for a proper iPhone plan. Is it possible to use an iPhone as solely an iPod touch? What I mean is, will it still work okay without a sim card tossed in it? Anybody have any experience with this? Johnny Fenoli
Could you still download stuff off of iTunes? Without the sim card and stuff? I know you wouldnt be able to use the internet on the phone without it.

Rocland
Thanks guys. Just as an update. Everything did work fine. Itunes required me to have a sim card in it in order to activate the phone and refused to show me anything but a 'connect to iTunes' screen, so I ended up jailbreaking it. Doing that worked great, and everythings been working like a charm. These things are actually pretty cool devices!
