Zroka
Hi guys, So i'm not specially around here, but my English undersatnding is aproximative. With this handicap I have a question about the ratings. I don't understand if 0.01 rating point is = 50,000 viewers or if it's 1.00 rating point = 50,000 viewers. Thanks for the help, and sorry for my english. Zroka
AlaskanHero
1.00 = 50,000 viewers. And no problem, your English is fine!

Donners
So if SWF and TCW are getting ratings around 6, that's only 300,000 viewers? That seems strangely low.
Gigas
Maybe The CVerse doesnt have 6 billion people living in it, but I agree 300,000 viewers is really low.
Derek B
Maybe The CVerse doesnt have 6 billion people living in it, but I agree 300,000 viewers is really low. The TV/PPV numbers are balanced to work with TEW's financial model. They aren't an accurate reflection of real life viewership as that would be pretty hard to do. Instead, PPV numbers are balanced so that having the right deal will make you some money but without totally ruining the balance of the game. TV... is an extension of that. If you look at BHOTWG's buy rates, you soon realise that the biggest shows of the year there are only getting about 2000 buys. Realistic? No. But it makes for a playable and well balanced game, which is far better than the alternative of jacking up costs massively all around the game.
