If I wanted to make a promption...

full of wrestlers that used a contemporary wushu style...

 

1. What would the product be

2. How should I deal with stats for said workers? What would be high/low etc.

 

I was just thinking today of how this would be totally doable and was wondering why a promotion has never done it before.

Well I don't know about what the product and that would be, but I'd assume it hasn't been done because, at least when I think of one of the reasons why I like Wushu, is because of its fluidity. If it were done in a promotion kind of situation it'd either have to be insanely choreographed (and would still have plenty of botches) to capture that whole attack, evade/block, counter-attack sort of thing, or have everyone hitting each other and making it up as they go, but forgoing any kind of selling of the moves (coz once you get hit in the face and stop it kind of breaks the rhythm). Again, the latter probably doesn't fit in line with (movie) wushu fan's expectations, where getting a hit in is usually a pretty big deal

 

Just a couple of theories.

I think I've underestimated how much choreographing goes into Wushu. I was thinking an entertainers with plenty of flashiness, high psych and good selling would be the hallmarks of a solid Wushu guy transitioning to wrestling.

 

Will forgo the making a Wushu promotion, but I'm adding a stuntman/wushu to wrestling worker in my Kobeverse data.

 

And when should we expect the 9000verse, crayon? I did a good deal of playing it towards the end of 08', but refrained from doing a diary because the stories I ran changed daily and made no sense.

 

Vegeta once destroyed the arena and everyone in it, then I realized I wanted to bring back some of the workers I'd killed off for the following week, so Obama used the dragonballs to wish them back. But why didn't Vegeta just destroy everyone again? I don't know. -_- ^________^

Eeek, the release of the over 9000-verse v2.0 is a big pie in the sky kind of idea. Updating everyone is one issue (but one I could probably do in a couple of months if my studies go alright), but I also want to flesh out the gameworld with new promotions, new workers (as well as original ones), and future debuts.

 

My notepad has a list of at least 300 workers which need doing
