jimmy_shakerz
I've been working for the past month on updating, upgrading and perfecting my KYR2009 database with more wrestlers, more promotions and more fun... I don't believe anyone could release a TEW2010 mod within the first day/week of the demo release. I mean, is it possible to update everything from mask, hair, booking reputation, hiring rules, dojos, etc... Stay tuned for more informations
FlameSnoopy
This is cool. Something I am looking forward to. I liked your TEW08 edition when I played it.
justtxyank
YES! Your db is the one connected to the CWstaton pics right? If so, OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG! Edit: I'd recommend starting it at January 1st though so users have the ability to book the TNA stuff if they want to.

Sasso
Can't wait. Your KYR mod was my favorite one for TEW2008. Will you still be using CWstaton's wonderful worker pictures?
jimmy_shakerz
Right now, the thing that is the most time-consuming is assigning contracts and adjusting popularity. I had 18 feds with KYR last June and now i'm at 34 so there is alot of new worker to add I'm almost 85% done for the contacts, but there's alot to be done like title lineage, teams, relationships, mask, adjusting personalities, etc.. I'll keep you updated
Theheel
This is one of my favs as it was always well done. So I am going to bump this one. Good luck man getting this up and going. I will be one using it when you do.
MrTroy03
Hey Dude, This is awesome! I used your mod for 2008, and I will wait for your 2010 full release mod. Don't let these guys rush you, do a quality job and people will be happier than a quick job that is not as good. No one has any right to demand anything from you anyway, you are putting in hours upon hours of work for free, but without you, I could not enjoy TEW... I simply can not get into the fake world that comes with TEW. I know it is extremely well crafted and well balanced, but I just can't get into it. I am going to bookmark this thread, just let us know when you are done, I REALLY, REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
Donners
What size will TNA be in your mod? May seem like an odd question, but it's one of my pet annoyances to see them at Cult...
Theheel
What size will TNA be in your mod? May seem like an odd question, but it's one of my pet annoyances to see them at Cult... TNA is kind of at a point where it is between cult (in game terms) and national. While they certainly have a following (and I do follow them) their house show attendance is not very good. They have run shows across the country with less than 1000 fans at them. I do not believe they are over enough currently (even with Hogan's rep) to quite be at the next level. Of course that is just my opinion. Regardless of where the mod maker puts them, his data is excellent and once you start the game you can always chagne them to the level you like them at. I tinker with mods all the time when I am playing my game. All the stats that go into a mod, are at the end, subjective opinions that while I might not always agree with, I respect them. Von Dozier
TNA is definitely cult. Adam making you able to sign people to written contracts to Cult now also kinda cements this.

XxFutureLegend112xX
I havent been able to sign one, no matter how much i offer them i'm not sure but i think its a personality thing, as to whether they'll sign a written contract or not. I also believe the promotions momentum is takin into account among other things.

No, it seriously doesn't. If you think you can sign almost their entire roster under TEW conditions, you haven't tried out that feature. It's only for extremely limited circumstances. Very high company momentum + plenty of money in the bank plus the worker actually having friends already in the company. Extremely limited circumstances, and it makes playing TNA unrealistic under those conditions.
D16NJD16
TNA would be classified as national both outside of TEW and within the game.
Genadi
What's the biggest attendance TNA has drawn? What's it's average attendance? What's the highest TV ratings Impact has ever scored? What's it's average? That's your best indication as to if they're National or Cult, last I read they still battle ECW in the ratings department. The vast majority of their roster are signed to binding, written deals. If the user cannot sign workers to written deals from the beginning of the game, then it is not realistic. Either the game simply is not capable of reflecting TNA's position in the wrestling world, or mods need to be able to tweak things to allow them to be a national fed while still limiting their attendance and ratings. I've only played C-Verse and tested my own mods so far, however the game is definitely capable of reflecting what you're talking about. There's I'd guess a bunch of reasons the mod can't or isn't reflecting it, workers in question, popularity, cash flow, business settings, loyaltys, to name a few. Then you agree that they should be listed as National, with limitations in place to keep their ratings and attendances realistic? Because no amount of mod tweaking - unless you make everybody in the database a friend of somebody on the TNA roster AND put on a string of absolutely awesome shows AND give them a lot of money - will allow the user to sign anybody to written contracts with TNA at Cult level.
