The fans are livid, a majority of the crowd chanting “Buuuullllls*it” over and over again, however, in the backstage area, four men had just finished an embrace, Austin Aries, Tyler Black, Cary Silkin and Jim Cornette.

 

Cornette: Don’t listen to the fans guys, those “true” fans in the crowd and who just watched on gofightlive just loved exactly what you did, they were clamoring for a 60 minute Broadway and I’ll be damned if you didn’t just give it to them.

 

Aries : Jimmy, I could care less who just s**t on that match, I’m damned proud of it

 

Tyler : Exactly, how many times did Ric Flair give chase to Lex Luger and make him run around trying to blow him up during their numerous matches?

 

Aries : It’s alright, at 8th Year, they’ll get a rematch and the haters will be amazed by the match that we put on

 

Cary : Guys, I loved it, there were plenty of fans around behind me that I could hear putting the match over while they were talking about it, it was brilliant

 

Cornette : Especially that sell job on the arm Austin, there were fans all over the arena, hell, even some of the boys were genuinely concerned about your arm

 

Their banter continues for a few moments before they all separate….

 

Final Battle 2009, the first ever LIVE Ring of Honor Pay Per View has ended and despite a small problem with the audio, there really were no problems, a new relationship has been formed, Ring of Honor and GoFightLive, no longer will a company with such a strong following spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to put on a pay per view that does not air for months, no longer will a company with such a strong following receive little to no promotion for such an event.

 

From this day forward, the best hour of professional wrestling on Monday nights will only continue to get better, without skits involving busty divas, midgets, costumes, celebrities and poor attempts at comedy.... (Well, except for Colt Cabana)

No big fancy backstory here, Ring of Honor Final Battle 2009 has come and gone and I will be controlling the booking from here on.

 

The TV shows are going to be basic descriptions, the live events will have more details and the BIG shows will be pretty well detailed, when I list the shows after I list the roll call roster, I will bold & italic the BIG shows.
