AgustusM
Not sure if this has already been suggested, or if it is already there and I am already missing it - but some sort of injury indicator in the depth chart would be very helpful (perhaps a little red cross that when you hover the mouse over gives you the severity of the injury)

TazFTW
I'd like this also. As an aside can we get an inactive list for the depth chart. What I mean is that the if you click on the suggest button it would suggest the best players to start/backup/third string regardless of injury. For example, in my game it always suggest to start a RB that is doubtful 10-12 weeks. I think there should be an inactive list so we can tell the AI not to play these guys (not dress them). jbmagic
is there a way to lock a player on the depth chart before you click on suggest? this way the cpu wont move him
BYU 14
I second the idea for an inactive slot or a separate list on the depth chart for all injured players if possible?
Tim Plum
If you click Suggest in the depth chart, injured players will not be included. Not sure why you would need a separate on-screen list. As to locking the depth chart ala TPF suggestion was made to Arlie in beta so he may include it in final release.
mh2365
I played a game and with no notation on the play by play or the log my starting running back was out of the game and I couldn't put him into my depth chart. After the game he wasn't injured so I have no idea what happened, other than to assume he was hurt for the game. It'd be nice for a pop up screen like on penalties would come up and let you know someone is injured.
Tim Plum
The injuries/penalties area in-game will tell you also the PbP and gamelog in-game will detail whether the player returns during the game or not.

Here's a screen of the roster screen (look at the RB injuries). When I click suggest in the depth chart, the AI suggests to put the two doubtful RBs as starter and backup as shown here. I would not play someone who was doubtful. They would be in street clothes or if it were a road game, they would be staying home.
Tim Plum
Doubtful means a 25% chance to play, Questionable is 50-50 so if you want someone else then manually move them into the spot, personally I don't want the computer making the decision to remove players that are healthy enough to play albeit at potentially diminshed abilities. coachcbj
Going back to the original post here. It would be great if we could see that little injury symbol in the depth chart screen as well as the roster screen. It would be very helpful. Right now I have to click back and forth between the roster screen and depth chart screen to make sure injured players are not playing. If you just click suggest, it might move some players you dont want moved. Like my mobile QB over my pocket passing QB.
BYU 14
How about having players names who are unable to play listed in Red on the depth chart and those who are injured but able to play show yellow? That way players stay on the depth chart and we are able to make adjustments without having to go to other screens. Now back to the Kitchen before my Wife catches me :)
Guest Nukester
When a player is, lets say, doubtful, is there anywhere to see what his in game rating would be, or is it behind the scenes and we should just know not to play a doubtful or questionable, etc ? The ratings on the player card dont change with injury (Im using a 0-20 scale) or do they and I missed it ?

Tim Plum
I think it should a hidden value reduction. Seems like it would be too much info. and make the game too easy and unrealistic.
