Offline licensing

anybody remeber how this process works? iv had major trouble each year doing this and want to be prepered this year! alist of steps or whats needed at each point would help alot

thanks but thats not really what im looking for, basicly im at a pc now with internet access and want to make sure iv done everything im ment to before going home to find iv done it wrong and need internet access again
