TakerNGN74
A lot has gone down since the unthinkable happened, yes its true Steve Decolt jumped ship from his fathers company. George DeColt built CGC around his sons and some have to believe that Steve himself was set to be the cornerstone of the operation. However certain things happened to make Steve leave the company and jump ship to the Rival NOTBPW first of all was the falling out with his brothers. Steve began to show an attitude that he was better than the rest of the Decolt Clan and because of that Alex, Jack, and Ricky began to become very distant when it came to Steve. Soon enough George thought it would be best for not only the family company but also those involved that Steve were to leave the company. This outraged Steve who took unkindly to his father’s advice however the next move that Steve choose to make would shock not only his father and his brothers but the entire wrestling world. That very next Wednesday Steve showed up in Rival NOTBPW, soon after debuting for that company Steve became the champion and now George and the rest of the Decolts feel somewhat betrayed by Steve’s actions. This ultimately lead to George retiring from wrestling and handing down the reigns of his company to Alex Decolt, George said that he might one day return to the business and the company that he loves so dearly but for now he couldn’t under the circumstances. That brings in Chris Kaladaro the man who two years ago was the head booker for NOTBPW, Chris eventually left NOTBPW in early 2010 because he said that being the head booker of NOTBPW had gotten to be to much for the man to handle. No one ever thought that he would go to CGC, will the sudden change of heart for Chris prove to be a grave mistake. Or will Chris Kaladaro be able to show not only NOTBPW that they made a mistake in not trying harder to persuade him to stay as he sets out to take them on in a war that was just waiting to be waged. OOC: I will post the rest of the backstory sometime tomorow(later today technically) and then will jump into it by giving everyone the necessary information before the first show. TakerNGN74
Chris Kaladaro’s first thoughts Chris Kaladaro: Well who would have thought that I would be here in CGC well you know what they say in the wrestling business and that is never say never. You know though out my stay in NOTBPW I often toyed with the idea of going head to head with CGC and trying to take them out permanently. However the only one who would have let me do that is Victoria Stone, the other Stone’s were iffy on the whole thing because if they didn’t have competition in Canada than they had no purpose. [Chris pauses for a moment to catch his breath] Chris Kaladaro: Well now to tell you the truth I am glad that I didn’t I mean what a difference two years makes you see back in 2008 I was the head booker of NOTBPW and never even dreamed of one day being here in CGC. However now in 2010 I guess you can now all officially say that Hell has frozen over. However that being said, that is not a bad thing because I am not one to complain, I plan on taking my new job here in CGC and treating it well. Hell I plan on being here for a very long time so I guess the one thing I can tell you all is to get used to seeing me around CGC. So if you would I have a few things to do in order to get ready for the very first show, oh one thing I should probably mention from the get go is I saw that CGC’s main show Title Bout Wrestling is only one hour long. Well it was only one hour long I have taken it upon myself to extend the show an entire thirty minutes so the show in total with be an hour and a half long. Also I looked the roster and it seems like we need to release some wrestlers in order to fit the current money that we have so I will be doing that soon and as soon as I do you will be hearing about it so stay tuned. OOC: That concludes the backstory, I will start posting the information for the fedaration sometime on Sunday Night beginning with the basic info and then the titles, roster, and shows. Then sometime after that I will post the first card for the first show so that people who want to can make predictions.

TakerNGN74
Chris Kaladaro: So the second day on the job the owner of CGC Alex Decolt gave me some goals that I need to achieve during my time as head booker of the company. Here is a list of them in order of importance. Goal #1: The Financial Balance of CGC must have improved to at least $7,500,000. Importance: Critical Expires: 27 months, 3 weeks Goal #2: Jack DeColt must be kept above C+ momentum. Importance: High Expires: 17 months, 3 weeks Goal #3: Dan DaLay must be kept above B- momentum. Importance: High Expires: 17 months, 3 weeks Goal #4: You cannot hire or extend the contract of any wrestler who has less than C- in Charisma Importance: Average Expires: 13 months, 3 weeks Goal #5: You cannot hire or extend the contract of any wrestler who has less than C- in Basics Importance: Average Expires: 15 months, 3 weeks In addition to the above goals I have also been given some guidelines on how the roster should look here is what it currently looks like. Main Eventer Recommended: 5, Current 6 Status: You have an excess of 1 Upper Midcarder Recommended: 5, Current 6 Status: You have an excess of 1 Midcarder Recommended: 8, Current 9 Status: You have an excess of 1 Lower Midcarder Recommended: 4, Current 4 Status: You have the ideal level Opener Recommended: 3, Current 3 Status: You have the ideal level Enhancement Recommended: 1, Current 2 You have an excess of 1 Chris Kaladaro: As you see some of the areas of the roster have an excess of 1 of the recommended number. Therefore CGC will be releasing one Main Eventer, one Upper Midcarder, one Midcarder, and one Enhancement Talent within the next couple of days. Once those wrestlers are released I will report that information. OOC: I am almost done with all the information I will be posting my user preferences for the game so that you know what settings I have. I am also going to post Chris Kaladaro's user talents, as well as backstage rules and game options. TakerNGN74
Chris Kaladaro’s thoughts before the first CGC show since he has taken over. [Fade.] [The scene starts in Chris Kaladaro’s office inside of the CGC headquarters located in British Columbia, Canada. Chris Kaladaro is seen rummaging through some paper work, as he is just four days away from the very first show in CGC since his reign as their head booker began.] Chris Kaladaro: “I still can’t believe that I am here in CGC, you know after releasing the four wrestlers that I had no choice to release to fit what Alex Decolt wanted I look at who is left on the roster and have to say I am quite pleased. This roster in my opinion is better than the NOTBPW roster when I started there I mean just look at who we have as the franchise players of this company. Of course the owner Alex DeColt has a comfortable position at number 1 while behind him in number two is his brother Jack who is the current CGC World Heavyweight Champion. Of course I have to say I am not at all surprised that the youngster Ricky DeColt is ranked just below his brothers followed by Eddie Chandler at number four and Dan DaLay at number five.” [Chris Pauses and takes a hold of a nearby sprite bottle and sips out of it to clear his throat a bit before continuing to speak.] Chris: “After that I took a quick glance at the hidden gems section of the report I was given from Alex and here is what I have found. At number one Matthew Keith is almost completely unknown in Canada but is twenty years old and according to the reports if hired he would make a very useful part of the roster. Listed at number two is Jamie Atherton who is currently twenty-one years old and while he isn’t exactly a household name in this area, could be developed into a somewhat useful member of the CGC roster. Number three is the ever so popular in America Davis Wayne Newton, and while he isn’t known in Canada he is young and if handled properly could be turned into a useful part of the CGC roster. Number four on my list is Jay Chord the son of Rip Chord, and while he isn’t known in Canada he is young and could be turned into a useful part of the roster. Finally last on the list is the twenty year old Greg Gauge, and if singed could potentially be turned into an extremely useful part of the CGC roster.” [Kaladaro pauses once again and takes another swig from his sprite bottle before finishing what he has to say.] Chris: “Well that is all that I have been given by Alex thus far so as you can see I have a lot to think about before our very first show in CGC since my job as head booker began. We are only four days away from the first edition of Title Bout Wrestling and sometime before that show is set to take place I am going to post the matches that have already been signed so that you all know what to expect going into our first show. So until then this has been the Headliner Chris Kaladaro and I will see you in four days at the first edition of Title Bout Wrestling.” [Fade.] OOC: Some of the matches for the first show will be posted within the next couple of days so that people who want to make predictions can do so. TakerNGN74
CGC Title Bout Wrestling Preview Week 1 January 2010 Hello ladies and gentleman Marty Papin here to go over with you some of the things you can expect to see on the very first edition of CGC Title Bout Wrestling since Chris Kaladaro took over as head booker. This first edition of Title Bout Wrestling will be held live from the King Edward Multiplex in British Columbia on Wednesday of Week one in January 2010. Here are some of the things you can expect to see in just a few days time. Now before I get underway talking about some of the matches let me clear some things up, now Chris Kaladaro stated that CGC Title Bout Wrestling would be extended by a full thirty minutes making the show one hour and a half long. However that won’t start until next week so this first show will be one hour long. The first match we will see will be for the CGC Canadian Championship as the reigning champion Joey Poison steps into the ring to go one on one with his first challenger Shane Nelson. Will Joey Poison be able to keep the Canadian Title or will Shane Nelson shock everyone by taking the belt from Poison. The second of the three matches slated for the first show will have Alex DeColt do what he does best as he goes one on one with Dan DaLay. Will DeColt be able to build some momentum or will Dan DaLay cut that short and pull out the win against Alex. The third and final match that we will see this week on Title Bout Wrestling will be for the CGC World Heavyweight Championship as reigning CGC World Champion Jack DeColt faces off against Eddie Chandler. Will Jack be able to make his first successful defense of the title since Chris Kaladaro became the head booker or will we see a new champion this Sunday Night in Eddie Chandler. All this and so much more as CGC presents its very first edition of Title Bout Wrestling emanating live from the King Edward Multiplex in British Columbia Canada don’t miss out on the great action that only CGC can deliver. Those matches again are CGC Canadian Championship Match Shane Nelson vs. Joey Poison © Alex DeColt vs. Dan DaLay CGC World Championship Match Eddie Chandler vs. Jack Decolt © OOC: Be sure and make your predictions on what you think will happen in the following matches at the first show. After I get a few people's predicitons the results to the show will be posted so get predicting.

TakerNGN74
CGC Title Bout Wrestling Sunday Week 1, January 2010 King Edward Multiplex (British Columbia) – 5,000 To start off the show, Jack DeColt comes down to the ring. He takes a microphone and starts talking to the crowd, before eventually getting interrupted by Eddie Chandler. They have a big argument, going back and forth on the microphone, before agreeing to face each other later on in a singles match. Road Agent Notes Adrian Garcia helped Chandler during this segment. This segment lifted the crowd. Segment Rating: B+ Match 1 Shane Nelson vs. Joey Poison © CGC Canadian Championship Match In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Joey Poison defeated Shane Nelson in 8:23 by pinfall with an Antidote Web. Joey Poison makes defense number 1 of his CGC Canadian title. Road Agent Notes Shane Nelson and Jenny Playmate are an awkward pairing, they just have no chemistry whatsoever. Joey Poison and Shane Nelson don't seem to click, and it made for an awkward bout. The colour commentary gave the match a boost. This match brought the crowd's mood down. Joey Poison is improving in Performance skills. Match Rating: D- Match 2 Alex DeColt vs. Dan DaLay In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Alex DeColt defeated Dan DaLay in 13:18 by pinfall with a DeColt Driver. Road Agent Notes Dan DaLay is improving in Technical skills. Dan DaLay is improving in Performance skills. Match Rating: C Match 3 Eddie Chandler vs. Jack DeColt © CGC World Heavyweight Championship Match In a bout that featured great action and great heat from the audience, Jack DeColt defeated Eddie Chandler in 18:03 by submission with an End Of Days. Jack DeColt makes defense number 1 of his CGC World title. Road Agent Notes Jack DeColt was visibly tiring toward the end. Jack DeColt is improving in Rumble skills. Jack DeColt is improving in Performance skills. Eddie Chandler is improving in Performance skills. Match Rating: C+ Final Show Rating: C+ CGC Title Bout Wrestling Report Canadian Golden Combat held CGC Title Bout Wrestling last night in King Edward Multiplex, and drew 5,000 fans. The feedback from viewers has been great, it has drawn a lot of praise. CGC Title Bout Wrestling draws a 0.88 rating on Maple Leaf Sports As a result of last night’s match between Eddie Chandler and Jack DeColt a storyline has been started between the two. Also due to the fact that Shane Nelson and Jenny Playmate are an awkward pairing Jenny Playmate is no longer the manager of Shane Nelson.
