I was about to have a meeting with ROH president Cary Silkin. As Final Battle was just done thee night before and was still generating buzz in the industry. I was about to propose something that no-one expected. I knocked on the door, twice. It did not take to long before Cary opened the door. C: - Hey, great to see you Dean, I was looking forward to this meeting all day. D: - good to see you to Cary. I walked in the door and we sat down at the couch in his living room. After almost an hour of talking about everything from road stories to gossip, i had to break it down clean. D: - Well, lets get right to the point, everyone knew Tyler was Gabe's golden boy, especially with his interview out. Well after Adam took the job, I think he dropped the ball big time, and did some major mistakes on the way. You saw how many fans who where ****ting on Black yesterday?. And do you remember the 3-way where Aries won the belt?. How ready they where ready for Tyler to win. C: - Yeah, I know. But Adam have done such a great job on other fronts, we have TV-deal. Our roaster are much better. We have Internet Pay-Per view. D: - Yeah you're right, but that's also something I needed to bring up, if I am to take over booking, I want ROH of Hdnet. For good. Cary looked at me with shock at first. But after a few seconds he extended his hand and I did to. We had a deal, and we where back to basic. Current Tittle Holders: (these will update) -ROH World Champion: Austin Aries (x2) Defences: 13 -ROH World Tag Team Champions: -The Briscos(x6) Defences: 0 *Well this Is my first try at these things, I was inspired by The Final Countdown's “Ring of Honor-We Don't Imitate...We Innovate “ I'm not writing up the whole roaster, since I did not adjust anything and you'll see along the way. ROH officials have taken the show off and ROH is now back on the old Schedule. -After the show last night major changes have been happening, we are proud to announce we have signed Alex Koslov, Jack Evans, Rocky Romeo and Teddy Hart to regular appearances. these four was supposed to have a tag match at Final Battle, but it ended up with two single matches. Management where still impressed!. -The rumours about tension between the team of Kevin Steen and El Generico was last night proven as Kevin Steen turned on El Generico with a wicked chair shot the New-York fans heard echoing around the arena. When asked on this subject Kevin Steen had this to say: “Well since losing the tag tittles, and with a little help from a friend I began to realise what kind of sick human being El Generico is, and after a conversation with my mentor, the greatest man in this business, Steve Corino decided that I was not going to put up with it any-more.” Kevin Steen had no further comments to make. Steve Corino was unable to comment. BREAKING NEWS: -ROH have officially made an agreement with Total Non-stop Action Wrestling, TNA. The relationship was broken in 2006, but we have no hard feelings. This is tremendous news for ROH. Not only that, ROH have also gotten a deal with west-coast promotion, Pro Wrestling Guerrila. We share a lot of same talent but this relationship will allow us to share even more. -ROH Have announced the following Events and Locations: Full Circle – Saturday Week 2 January - Great Lakes, Chicago Ridge Centre Injustice – Saturday Week 3 January - South West, The Piper Casino Motor City Madness - Saturday Week 4 January - New England, The Den Proving Ground – Saturday Week 1 February - South East, Battle Zone Arena Caged Collision – Saturday Week 4 February - Tri-State, The ECW Arena Cards and Matches will be announced as the events come closer. -Ring of Honor have contacted some of the best of the Independence scene today. Names like Ace Steel, Tony Mamluke, Little Guido Maritato, M-Dogg 20 Matt cross, Tajirri and more. We Will keep the fans updated as negotiations come to ends. -It's official, ROH veteran Ace Steel has signed a deal with Ring of Honor. Ace Steel is a known worker from the Chicago area, who trained such ROH stars like Former tag champion Colt Cabana and former Tag, and world Champion Cm Punk. Ace is happy to be back and is expected to debute soon. -Jerry Lynn, who is out after a double team pile-driver by Kenny King and Rhett Titus. In relation, Lynn said the following: “Well after being In this buissnes longer than I would like to admit, you get experience, I have a lot of that, and Kenny king,Rhett Titus. I will Return and I will get my revenge. You might be the future of this buissnes, but not yet. You got to pay your dues, just because your young does not mean your on top of the world. And I know one thing, you don't earn anything by taking me out of action.”s Lynn is expected to return to the ring by the end of January. -We got in contact with Steve Corino to update on his relationship with Kevin Steen and how he was involved with the attack on El Generico. He said the following: “it had to be done.” -As an bang for the end of the first week, ROH signed the following tallent to ROH: -John Walters, the former Puro champion have made his return to the company, and is with the other signed talent expected to debute soon. -Little Guido Maritato, a former ECW star is Guido. Has also worked in the WWE holding their Cruserweight tittle. -Tony Mamaluke, a former ROH tag champs also returns to the promotion, we open our doors for this worker!. -The Card for Full Circle 2010 is done and will be posted soon. Not sure if this forum has a spellchecker but I always put my posts on a word document and spellcheck it that way. Might wanna look into that. Chicago Ridge Centre to be exact and prepare to a fine night of wrestling. Management have made the following matches: Davey Richards vs El Generico No DQ Rematch On Hdnet these two fought a hard battle, but because of interference the match ended in a no contest. This time that is not an option as Davey Richards requested No disqualification to inflict as much damage he could on El Generico. Both of these wrestlers have a lot on their minds right now as Richards just lost the Tag tittles. El Generico was turned on by his former partner Kevin Steen and accepted the match to get his mind on other things. This is sure to be a hard fought contest. Tyler Black vs Rhett Titus Singles Match Tyler Black took Austin Aries to the limit at Final Battle, but his rematch will come, he just dont know when. Because of this he approached management demanding a match to get his head streight. We then put him up against one of Austin's protoge. Rhett Titus. Titus is young, athletic and trained at the Ring of Honor Wrestling school. He is the very definition of young talent. So is Tyler Black as they will clash at Full Circle. Roderick Strong vs Claudio Castagnoli Nr.1 Contender match Roderick Strong is hot these days as he is looking for nr.1 contendership, but so is the very European Claudio Castagnoli to, the two will meet in the ring this upcoming Saturday. The Briscos vs The Dark City Fight Club Tag team match The 6-time ROH tag team champions The Briscos have not an easy task ahead of them. One of the most dominant tag teams in ring of Honor, the Dark City Fight Club want their shot at the belts. Management gave the DCFC their wish, with one small detail, they will have to defeat the Briscos in a tag team match first, they will not only be given their shot, but also choose the stipulation. Steve Corino vs Colt Cabana Singles Match With Steve Coring being back the attack on El Generico, and with Colt Cabana coming to Genericness aid you can call these two the “back-men” of the rivalry. They are set to meat in singles competition in Cabana's home town of Chicago. Who will go on top? Austin Aries vs Kenny Omega Singles Match Non-Tittle. Austin Aries have defeated Omega before, but this time its different, Omega got the same deal as the Dark City Fight Club, he most defeat Aries before he can get his shot? But can Omega be able to defeat “The greatest man that ever lived” or will A-doble just have one more win on his record? Eddie Edwards vs Kevin Steen Revenge Anything goes match. At the final countdown tour Kevin Steen injured Eddie Edwards, Eddie has promised that this time the shoe will be on the other foot as he goes into this rematch prepared to injure Steen. Kevin Steen is ready to meet Edwards with everything he got. Who will go over this time? Will someone be injured?
