The show starts with an impressive opening salvo of fireworks, before the lights are raised and several sections of the excited crowd are shown waving various signs and pieces of promotional merchandise. The focus then switches to the announce table where Kyle Rhodes and Jason Azaria introduce and hype tonight's proceedings. (C+) Through a pyrotechnic-laden entrance routine, TCW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION Tommy Cornell walks out and makes his way to the squared circle with his bodyguard Charlie Thatcher. (A) Tommy Cornell cut a promo hyping himself up, then makes his way backstage with the crowd booing. (A)

The Demons Of Rage defeated Painful Procedure

(13:06 when Demon Anger defeated Randall Hopkirk by pinfall with a Demon Slam. The Demons Of Rage win the TCW World Tag Team titles)

 

Manager Floyd Goldworthy did some good work at ringside for Painful Procedure. BJ Shearer seemed off his game tonight. BJ Shearer & Demon Spite were visibly tiring toward the end. The match suffered because there was not enough selling shown. Randall Hopkirk is improving in Performance skills. BJ Shearer is improving in Performance skills. (B) Having just picked up the victory, The Demons Of Rage celebrate in the ring their new title reign. (B)

Liberty is walking backstage, turns a corner, and bumps into Tommy Cornell. Tommy Cornell says something that Liberty doesn't like, and they start arguing. Tommy says he's the best and can't be beaten. After some heated words, Tommy Cornell even challenges Liberty to meet him in the ring for a match. Liberty is developing better performance skills. (A)

Chance Fortune defeated Genghis Rahn

Chance Fortune and Genghis Rahn don't seem to click, and it made for an awkward bout. Genghis Rahn seemed very hurt before the match, obviously due to the attack he suffered earlier out of nowhere at the hands of BLZ and Chance took advantage of this to pick up an easy victory. © Having picked up the victory, Chance Fortune celebrates in the ring. (C-)

Still in the ring, Genghis Rahn calls out BLZ Bubb and challenges Him to a match. However, BLZ Bubb doesn't respond and Genghis Rahn is left unanswered. (B+)

Madman Boone defeated Ronnie V. Pain

(9:52 by pinfall with a Boone And Bust. During the match we also had Floyd Goldworthy run in and attack Madman Boone. Madman Boone makes defence number 1 of his TCW Hardcore title)

 

Ronnie V. Pain was visibly tiring toward the end. Floyd Goldworthy did some good work at ringside. The announcing quality lifted the match. (B-)

 

Robert Oxford and Joel Bryant are seen talking backstage. (B-) The Nation Of Filth is walking to the ring. (C+)

The Nation Of Filth drew with The Darkness Warriors

(10:38 following a double disqualification. The match also had a lot of interference: Robert Oxford targeted Grunt, Joel Bryant attacked Jay-D, Robert Oxford attacked Raul Darkness, and finally Joel Bryant interfered against Stink)

 

The Tag Team Specialists interfered and caused the match to end in a draw. Everyone was visibly tiring toward the end. The announcing quality lifted the match. This match benefitted greatly from a hot crowd. Stink is improving in Rumble skills. Stink is improving in Performance skills. Grunt is improving in Rumble skills. Grunt is improving in Performance skills. Jay Darkness is improving in Performance skills. (C+)

 

Next, Blonde Bombshell hosts her Interview Segment in the ring, with his guest Liberty and asks him a lot of personal questions, none related to his up-coming match with Tommy. (A)

Stevie Grayson, Ricky Dale Johnson, Troy Tornado and Wolf Hawkins are seen talking backstage. Troy wants Stevie to admit he was a better partner than Wolf, his current partner. Ricky Dale walks in and puts over Wolf. (B-) The announcers put over the fact that we'll be seeing Liberty take on Tommy Cornell. (A)

Tommy couldn't get the job done and got disqualified by arguing with the ref. Liberty is improving in Performance skills. (A) The match is over, and Liberty is celebrating. Tommy Cornell looks angry, and jumps him from behind, beating him down. (A*)
