atomzero
If I build my own venue, can I ever expand it later? Can I build another one? Can other promotions use it? While I'm at it, I assume that the primary reason to do this is so that I can use it for free. Am I mistaken?

Shows held at your own venue are 60% of the usual cost. You still have to pay for staff, electricity or whatever other costs you need to actually run the event. DaMegaFish
Where do you go in the game if you want to build your own venue? Control Room, Business where promotion pacts are and what not, then its under investments. One reason I have thought about opening a venue in before is because I am at a catch area for crowd sizes, pulling 3500-4000 but I have yet to spend the little bit of cash to make one. Jaded
Yes, you can create 2 - just tried it to check. They're hotspots, btw, which is always good.

If I'm not mistaken (haven't tried it in quite a while), you can create more than two. I don't think there's an upper limit on how many you can create. I don't think there's an upper limit on how many you can create. I was assuming you could, just too busy running long-term sims and booking my NOTBPW game to try it. (Completely derailing the thread, Steve DeColt vs Sara Marie York - debuting as an enhancement talent - just got 81! Great chemistry, and the benefits of being in a hotspot! Oh, wow, got it semi-back on track straight away. )
