BYU 14
Do you need to have a Dojo to assign a wrestler as a trainer or is it possible to have a veteran train or mentor a younger wrestler without a Dojo. I am assuming you need a Dojo as I haven't seen anything where you can assign a veteran a mentor role, but wanted to be sure.
Bigpapa42
If you look at the help file, the head trainer of a dojo isn't really going to affect the quality of the wrestlers being churned out. You can't assign a vetern to mentor a younger worker. They may choose to take them on, but it has to happen on its own.
jesterx7769
Dojo's don't train people, development promotions do. Dojos generate new workers or workers that have been preassigned to debut through them.
