So, I've decided it's been a good, long while since I've had a good, long game in the good ol' USA.

And while Europe of the C-Verse is still by far my favorite area, there is something to be said about playing in the American wrestling scene of the C-Verse. Or heck, even Canada... basically the same workers anyways except for, what? Blackjack Robbins, Mammoth, and Biff the Bruiser? Admittingly, all three of them rock.

That said... I'm at a crossroads of sorts with what company to play with. I've narrowed it down so far by:

1. Has to be in the USA

2. Would like a company that is either Regional, or relatively close to hitting Regional

3. Must be hoss applicable, therefore none of those sissy high flying only or performance based companies.

4. In other words, needs to be pop based or balanced.

5. Must have room to bring in The Tennessee Outlaws. With god as my witness, I will make a 50 something year old Blackjack Robbins a mega star.

Which leaves me with, in no particular order:

1. NYCW: Might work... literally on the verge of Regional, a nice, old-school product, though the talent tends to be... lacking. Still, nothing I havent' overcome. On, and definite room for the Outlaws.

2. PSW: I've always wanted to try my hand at a "ECW"ish company... and they're probably the closest thing left in the C-Verse. Already regional, and as an added bonus they come WITH my beloved The Idaho Punisher. Again, room for the Outlaws.

3. FCW: It might be a big secret, but I love lucha libre. It probablly isn't a secret, but I love hosses. FCW combines the two, and even brings with it Leper Messiah, better known to myself as "America's Muscles" Tom Angelus, the first C-Verse worker I actively marked for. The downside... it's 13% away from Regional (which would mean two shows a month with solid ratings to hit Regional in a year, which is the max I think I want to wait!), and the roster is bloated to the point I'm not sure I can justify bringing in The Tennesse Outlaws...

4. A promotion of my own creation. I tend to screw this up and end up with a company that, while it should be fun to play, isn't. But maybe I've just never done it properly, no? If I had a good, SCCW-esque company, made all nice and proper with a roster of awesome, however, I wouldn't put it past me as having them be the folks I use.

So there yall go, this is the problem I have right now, and partially because in terms of booking I'm not 100% sure where to take my current EWA to at the moment. It has several decisions to be made for it as well, and well... rather than deal with that I'd rather have time to think about it while I truly re-explore the USA for the first time since 07.

This made me laugh.......that is all. Shame you don't want a cult promotion since USPW is taylor made for you this year with maximum hossage

Well, I haven't TOTALLY written it off, buuut...

I think part of me wants to try and at least sorta grow a company from the lower levels on up.

Then again, USPW does rock...

choices.

In '08, I edited SCCW back into the game and put Sneer in charge.

I hope he doesn't retire after a few months, that would put a brutal end to your plans.

1. He's no showing ANY signs of age! Hah!

2. I rarely "cheat", but playing with the auto-save off very well could aid me in preventing that, should it happen... After all, he IS part of the reason I want this game.

That said, he's not showing signs of age (though at 45, I believe this is the last age he can be at without it), USPW is a somewhat larger promotion that isn't TOO far away from getting even larger... And lord knows I plan to use him. So with that in mind, I have to think his odds of retiring early in the game are about as minimal as possible for a 45 year old has been.
