Comradebot
I have to argue vehemently against Pete Carrol. The Seahawks are AWFUL. Look at the teams they've beat this year: SF, SD, CHI, ARI. Only one of those teams is worth half a damn (Chargers). In all four of their losses, they weren't even competitive. Denver, St. Louis, Oakland, and the Giants all put the freakin' boots to them. They have no O-Line, and thus no offense, and the defense isn't good enough to make up for it. Heck, they suffer. They had, what, 37 offensive plays this week? Ungood.

Maybe Carrol will finally succeed as an NFL coach, but it ain't gonna be this year. If they end up with a decent record, it's only because they don't have too many talented teams left to play this year.

In all seriousnes...

Rex Ryan very well may deserve the award at this rate. Jets are scary good at times this year. Revis can shut down the best WRs in the sport on any given day (when he's healthy), Sanchez is really starting to click, and they have a two-headed monster growing in Shonn Greene and the Benjamin Button-esque LT. Whatever Ryan is doing in New York, it's working.

Still, Steve Spagnoulo and Tom Cable deserve some serious credit for their work. So what if they play in crappy divisions. Those same teams sucked hard for years now in those same relatively crappy divisions, and now they're both looking at a shot at the playoffs.
Stennick
The Rams have turned their entire roster over (nearly) in a little over two years I'm pretty happy and when we beat Carolina on Sunday we had a total of FOUR non injured WR's on the entire roster. They lost too much talent, and as you said, he took them to the Super Bowl just two short years ago, and they made the playoffs last year. He's a good coach, and it's hard to blame him for them losing so much talent before this year. Honestly, I found it hilarious when Cardinals fans were screaming "WE DON'T NEED WARNER TO WIN!!!" Yes, yall did. Kurt Warner was one of the best ever at what he did. Between Warner, Boldin, and Dansby leaving, they lost three of I'd argue their best five players. Coach shouldn't be held responsible for all of that, and it really is what has left them as the crap team they are this season. They also lost me as a fan, but only because I was a fan of Kurt Warner: not the Cardinals. Moment he retired, in my eyes they just became another team for the Rams to beat. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Stennick
Ha Ha I understand. PeterHilton
I personally think eventually it's going to be two teams moving to LA, with that stadium in Carson deal being too attractive to pass up and the NFL wanting that TV market too badly to stop teams from moving.

I think one will be San Diego, and the other the Jags.

I expect San Diego will maintain most of it's fanbase since Carson is close enough for a lot of SD fans to still actually attend games and there will still be that West Coast connection.

But the Jags..that team should get the Tennessee Titans re-boot treatment and just pick a new name and logo

Well, since Mike's dad was the founder of the Bengals, and Mike is such a loyal guy, that will never happen. If you ever saw the Bengals' Hard Knocks, you know that Bengals will only go downhill after Mikey Boy steps down/dies. Bengals won't move. The only teams in a place to move are the Bills (who would wind up in Canada before LA), Vikes (hell if Minnesota isn't giving them a new stadium, LA will). Jags horrible economy in jacksonville has really hurt a team that had little fan suppprt to begin with. San Deigo, they have been looking for a new stadium for a couple of years now. San Fran just got a new stadium, but if money can't come together for it and San Francisco still wont build them a new one I could see them leaving. the Raiders could move....... again. Oakland hasn't given them a new stadium and I know the Raiders want a new one. I mean Cali is a great place to have a SB, but all the stadiums are old and so why would you want a SB in an old stadium. San Fran gave the Giants a new stadium, their was talk about the A's and a new park. Angels have a nice park and it's about time to get the true money makers a new stadium. Also, yes I get that Cali was hit the hardest with economy, but you don't think a SB a couple years in a row (which 2 new Stadiums could get them with San Fran and LA) wouldn't help? BHK1978
http://pyleoflist.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/one-yard-short.jpg Happiest moment of my life. Well my happiest sports related moment was when the Yankees won the 1996 World Series. However, for football it had to be the Giants beating the Patriots in the Super Bowl. I had a leg injury at the time but I jumped out of my bed in excitement. The dejected look on Tom Brady's face was priceless. Most of all, I knew that all of the Patriots "fans" (most were Dolphins fans in the 80's) that I had to deal with could not talk trash. Why would LA support a team now, when they didn't 15 years ago? This isn't like Cleveland, where they lost a team that meant SO much to them as a city.

Maybe I'm wrong, I just don't see another LA move as a great idea.
