Ok, so I started a CZCW game. The owner gave me the critical goal of raising my finances to 750K. I start with 250K.

 

Right, should I start looking for a new job already? Because I ain't doing this. Not with CZCW. When failing a critical goal, aren't you fired from the get-go, no matter what?

 

Failing low goals already pisses the owners off bigtime.

This just happened to me. With 5SSW I failed the goal of raising the company's popularity in Japan despite the fact we moved up from Small to Regional.

 

The other goal was not to let it fall to small. I also made the company 600K over those years. There were no monetary goals. My boss never fell below and I still have a job.

Did you just focus on a handful of Regions? You can go from Small to Regional, but actually be less popular overall in a country, if you neglected to keep your popularity in ALL regions of that country where they were when the goal was set.

Ah, that makes sense. Still I failed one critical goal and passed another as well as all the minor ones and still thrilled my boss.

Stick there and raise your reputation until he fires you. Unless something comes up in the meantime.

 

I've fulfilled every goal Cliff Anderson has given me for over 3 years and he doesn't look any more pleased than when he started. So I'd be concerned he might can you.
