a little help for a noob mod user

I followed the instructions on the 2008 mod thread "a users guide", the mod is working fine,

 

but how do i get the pictures in the game? i copied and pasted the folders into the 'pictures' folders in GDS TEW 2010 on the hard drive but cant seem to get them to work in the game.

 

any help would be appreciated,

go to database info and then choose that pic pack from the dropdown menu.
