When the time runs out LIW must not have fallen below #37 position in the promotion rankings Critical 24 months 2. When the time runs out LIW must have at least as much popularity in America as it did when the goal was set Critical 24 months 3. You can't hire any wrestler who is classed as a cruiserweight Average 14 months 4. You can't hire any wrestler who is classed as a MMA Crossover Average 16 months 5. You can not hire or extend a contract of anybody who is known to have problems with the law Average 22 months 3.
