coachcbj
Tim, Maybe you can answer this. In off-season training what exactly does "ADAPTABILITY" do, or help with. All other categories are pretty much self-explanatory. But adaptible to what? Thanks

coachcbj
So incoming freshman come from a different scheme. We need to up that number. Or when you big in a new coaching staff. We need to bump it for everyone. What affects this, intelligence?
Tim Plum
the off-season training is for players already on your roster so freshmen incoming don't matter, not sure what the rest of your comment mean
coachcbj
Got it. Freshman dont need to adapt. But what are players adapting to. What tells you how much you need to allocate to adaptability? Is is the players Intelligence? in others why would it suggest one players need 20 adaptibilty and another player needs 30? what are we look for to makes that determination?
