Guest Nukester
My opponent (Connecticut) had a 4th and 2 on my 40 yd line. Their QB had to scramble, and hit the HB for 13 yds, however he was called for being beyond the line of scrimmage, which is a 5 yd penalty and a loss of down. The loss of down should have given me the ball, which it did. I did get the ball, however, the PBP showed the next play as being 4th and 7 for my oppenent. I ran a play, which was good for 16 yds, but the PBP showed it as my oppenents ball. MY RB did get the stats, but the PBP was wrong. I dont know which team was credited with the yardage though. After that play everything went back to normal. Had I not gotten the 1st down, I wonder if the other team would have gotten the ball back again (since the CPU thought it was 4th and 7). Here is the PBP and Gamelog for that part of the game:
Connecticut ball, Q2, 4-2-ARMY40 (01:17) 6-19 Offense: Short Pass, Set: Pro Set, Play: PS-HB-screen (short pass) Defense: Normal, Set: 5-2, Play: 52-norm-ZoneBlitz (normal) QB L. Seals completes a 13 yard screen to RB S. Alford (OOB). Passer beyond Line of Scrimmage against QB Les Seals on Connecticut. The Penalty is for 5 yards, and a loss of down. The Defense will accept the penalty. It is now Fourth and 7 at the Army 45. Connecticut ball, Q2, 5-7-ARMY45 (01:07) 6-19 Offense: Outside Run, Set: I Form Big, Play: IB-RB-power-RE (outside run) Defense: Normal, Set: 4-4, Play: 44-norm-Man-Spy (normal) RB D. Peoples runs right end for 16 yards (OLB J. Attieh, ILB J. Kellar)

Connecticut ball, Q2, 4-2-ARMY40 (01:17) 6-19 Offense: Short Pass, Set: Pro Set, Play: PS-HB-screen (short pass) Defense: Normal, Set: 5-2, Play: 52-norm-ZoneBlitz (normal) QB Les Seals is in trouble. He feels the outside pressure, steps up into the pocket and then is forced to scramble forward. At the last second, he sees RB Smith Alford open down the field. The ball is caught, and the RB is tripped up by none. Wait, the ref has thrown a flag.It looks like Passer beyond Line of Scrimmage against QB Les Seals on Connecticut.CONN: Gain of 13 on the play.Passer beyond Line of Scrimmage against Connecticut, for 5 yards and a loss of down. HB sprints around the corner, picks up a huge block on the outside from his linemen, and only a great tackle by OLB JT Attieh prevents a touchdown.CONN: Gain of 16 on the play
If Im reading this right, the PBP says that it is 5th and 7 on the Army (me) 45 yd line

Guest Nukester
I dont think this is correct either:
The ball is caught, and the RB is tripped up by none.
I see that "none" player alot in the PBP
