Your skill rating format preference ?

What skill rating format are you using ? Ive been using the 1-20 scale and like it, but will probably drop to a less specific rating upon final release (like 1-10 or totally off, if an option, forcing you to look at scouts views a bit more carefully). What rating are you using (and why, if you'd care to share that info)?

I use 1-100, because I like to deal in the long-term rather than the short, so stopping to evaluate players based on stats just slows me down. Unless a guy with high ratings is obviously performing poorly, or a guy with low ratings is performing well, I don't do much stats-based evaluation. {shrug}

I'm currently using 1-20, and sometimes 1-100. When the game's released I'll probably use 1-10 as that should give a general idea of the players skills. However, a word of caution: Don't trust the numbers given to you unless you got coaches with very good scouting skills (and even then they don't get it 100% correct ;) )
