shadowmaster
Have you ever run into this? I was in contract negotiations and offered him a written contract with what the system recommended as a contract. He came and said I don't want a written contract for whatever reason, wants short term, is a free-lancer, has a position of power elsewhere.... So, I change my offer to the type of contract they want and then I get... Worker A believes a promotion of your size should be offering him a written contract. I switch the offer to written and we go back to them not wanting a written. I've encountered this quite a few times and no matter what i try, I never end up being able to resign the worker. Has anyone else gotten this and if so, were you ever able to resign the worker?
jakedog56
I have a smaller promotion where they demand that you match the offer of the bigger promotion but they will not accept a written contract from a promotion of my size. They should just come out and say that they are leaving regardless of what you do instead of stringing you along!
