Other than that, there's no sure-fire way to see returns. For the most part, if you just keep putting them in matches, they'll get enough cardio that they can go longer. Some speculate that putting them in matches that are slightly longer than they can currently handle speeds up the process, but that has never been proven true, and at last check isn't the popular train of thought.
