Hive
I'm currently using some of this data in my mod, if that's okay. It should really be a hit, and I love your data. =D Sure, knock yourself out.
denzil85
Ah fair enough, as I said, I wasn't sure if he had or not. I haven't looked particularly hard for the info.
Ping von Erich
This really is a fantastically polished mod. The year I started watching wrestling as a kid, good stuff.
justtxyank
Are you planning to update it at any point? The profiles are killing me. I hate reading about "So and so did this in 2005 for the WWE..." or reading about retired wrestlers who retired in 2010...

I hate reading about "So and so did this in 2005 for the WWE..." or reading about retired wrestlers who retired in 2010... Hmm... perhaps. I did remove it from lots of the bios, it's from a time where I as placeholder just copied their wikipedia entries without any tweaking. It was my plan to later adjust all of them, but lots of them slipped through unaltered... Thing just is, I don't really feel like going through ALL worker bios to check for the ones that are this way - but if I'm pointed to workers with such bios, I'll go change it. DeadCeleb
Just started a game with this, playing BCW and I decided to sign: Chris Jericho Lance Storm Matt Hardy Jeff Hardy Shane Helms Shannon Moore Dick Togo Kaz Hayashi Raven Billy Kidman Chavo Jr. Homicide Christopher Daniels Vampiro Jerry Lynn Screw WCW, WWF, ROH, and ECW. BCW is where the next generation will begin! Oh, I tried to sign Chris Benoit, but he wanted too much and D'Amore wouldn't let me give him enough. Regional here I come with a bullet! Sounds like you have yourself a quite promising roster, added the people BCW already has (Edge, Christian, Rhino). But I bet you'll have a hard time keeping them all. Guest davesandstorm
Just downloaded this and started a game with USWA. It's going to be tough with only the 50,000$ starting funds. I'm almost a month through and have purged my roster of dead weight and had the Road Dogg and Jeff Jarrett signed away by WCW. I have a working agreement with the WWF, so there's no immediate fear of them poaching my roster. I've gathered a lot of young heavy hitters (Austin, Benoit, Jericho, Mysterio, Edge, Christian, the Hardys, etc) and hope to turn the corner and survive/thrive. The other issue I've run into is Jerry Lawler's creative control. He's a good draw, but I'm hoping he'll eventually let me drop the title to Austin at some point in the not so distant future. Hive
You also need Michael Buffer. Like I've said before, the Nitro Girls & Buffer aren't 'important,' but for recreating the WCW experience, they *could* be. I sort of see your argument for the Nitro girls, but Buffer? Beejus
With an angle, he could come in handy. It'd mostly just be fluff though.
Hive
As soon as I find a good place to upload it (I lost access to the server I used previously), a new version is coming. It won't have neither Michael Buffer (because people will just use him for roles he never performed and the role he did perform is not used ingame) nor more Nitro girls (because I couldn't find sufficient info on most of them to bother)... but it will include, among other things: - Tons of dojos and dojo graduates, thanks to BurningHamster - More starting storylines - Improved skin with more colorful buttons - Some tweaks here and there, like improving the overness of ECW workers in an attempt to prevent them from always failing horribly under AI control

Hive
Looking forward to this!! I've wanted to play this mod for a while, but can't figure it out with the .exe files. How do I install this mod? And is there a 1995 pic pack? The exe file is just a self-extracting *.rar file. Originally, I put the mod up as an ordinary *.rar file - but I got a request from someone who doesn't have a program to unpack such files to change it. There is indeed a pic pack, which is also linked in the first post. The pic pack will also be updated a bit for the next release.

Hive
Has this been updated Not yet. I'm still tweaking some stuff here and there, most notably I'm trying to improve American promotions in general as those of Japan (especially AJPW and NJPW) are far superior, and their wrestlers always dominated the end of the year top 100. At first, I was going to tweak down Japan... but come to think of it, it'll probably work better to tweak up USA instead. So that's what I'm currently tinkering with.
