kybucki
I am addicted to the game and have played through at least 6 seasons completely 3w/Ohio st - 2 w/Louisville and 1 w/Miami Oh In all of those seasons i haven't received one tranfer is there something I am missing? I'm ready for the release of the full game - I want to keep going with these teams but can't!

Tim Plum
transfers are very hard to come by, most players stay in school, I've been UVA through dozens of seasons in testing and have only had a couple myself. Generally the player looks to start on a bigger stage.
mh2365
Generally the player looks to start on a bigger stage.
Then wouldn't that be a bug, considering for the most part transfers switch to smaller schools for more playing time i.e. Rocky Hinds to UNLV. I mean there are cases like Calhoun, but it seems for the most part they move down not up.
coachcbj
That not true at all. Look at the ILB for Ohio St. I think its spelled Sneigal. He's Started at Air Force for two years. Then transfered to Ohio St and is a all-Big Ten LB. He went from smaller to bigger schools. And QBs. You see backup QBs transfer the most. Whether is be from small to big or from big to small. Wherever they are promised to start and get exposure. So I think it can go either way.
kybucki
Schlegal came from air force also John Kerr will be a stud lb next year from IU. They lose more transfers than they get in the long run so I agree it works both ways!
cody8200
Kerr is a sellout nothing...of course I'm just an IU fan.
mh2365
Yeah I did a search and couldn't find any list of transfers anywhere ... I'm sure there are a few examples but if what I remember is true I'd say at least 80-85% drop to a less prestigeous school. The QB for Oregon State came from UCLA .... Barrington Edwards LSU-UNC .... the WR from FLA. State to UTEP I think. Even here in L'Ville, we have Jones from Tennessee and Harris from Miami. GeoWar
Troy Aikman transferred from Oklahoma to UCLA Joe Dailey from Nebraska to North Carolina Cuke Dukes from Nebraska to Duke Nebraska has gotten transfers from Minnesota Most transfers are unhappy because of a coaching change, playing time, broken promise in recruiting process
coachcbj
Oh I forgot abut my boy TROY!! Blew out his knee running the option!! His TE was Keith Jackson. Barry Switzer personally called Terry Donahue and got Troy transfered to UCLA. Born in OKL raised in S. CAL.
