Well, there goes my computer (and misc.)

Well, my computer's hard drive just failed. Just... gave. Not shocked. Nor surprised. I've been using it... wow.... 6 years? Going to be 7 year soon. I'm using my dad's, by the way.

In any case, any suggestions for a new computer? Kind of burnt out right now, trying to fix the thing. I thought it was Windows error, but it turns out the HD failed. Might as well get a new computer then...

Technically speaking, I lost a lot of stuff. Any of the games I worked on in WMMA2 or TEW2010 are gone (unless I fork out the money to pay for the recovery), and other stuff... but I don't feel bad about it.

Just a quick look on the site my dad and I order hardware, software, and PC's from: http://www.globalcomputer.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6336127&CatId=4928

That PC would give you everything you need in one quick punch. An amazing CPU (Intel i3 - 3GHz), lots of GOOD (DDR3) memory (4GB), plenty of space (1TB HD), and the best OS available today (in my opinion) 64-bit Windows 7. You wouldn't be able to upgrade this machine very much due to the size of it, but THOSE specs with THAT price ($550)... you can't really beat it.
