Why did Adam remove INSPIRE

Recommended Posts

Frankly, the Japanese scene at Cult and National is crowded enough with BHOTWG, PGHW, GCG and WLW now rising up. I don't think INSPIRE really added all that much to that scene. Also with WMMA franchise being successful in its own right, that alleviated a need to fill that void in the TEW games. And the dispersal of the INSPIRE roster helps bring new elements to places like BHOTWG and SWF. DAVE was a much more beloved promotion that got the axe as time went by, but look how much effect the dispersal of that roster had on the game world, particularly in freshening up both SWF and TCW.

It was the catalyst for a whole mess of changes in the Japanese scene. The INSPIRE crew dispersed, including a huge invasion of BHOTWG - leading to a new owner, head booker, and a new head booker in GCG. Like the closure of DaVE in the previous version. He needs to do something to shake up the database, and closing INSPIRE just made a lot of sense. It was hinted at in the previous version, much like the closure of DaVE was hinted at before that happened. I think it was more a big picture thing, than anything specific with INSPIRE.
