Someone will be able to more accureaately tell you the history, but in general:

 

OLLIE, SOTBPW, and MPWF (aka the best) have a weird relationship. In a way, Mexico seems to be much more connected in its promotions than other areas. So while there is competition, there's a lot of sharing.

 

At some point, some wrestlers in Mexico were drafted to the Big 3, much like you might have with football.

 

And tbh, that makes a decent analogy; each team competes with each other, but they might want to trade people, and want to do what's best for the sport.

 

Edit: Also, these kinds of questions work really well for the "small questions" thread that should be on the first page. I assume you're looking for an answer, not really extended discussion.
