greenglide
I just was wondering if people had advice on make sure fights are interesting to build both the company and fights as well as create good events especially with the smaller companies (XCC and WEFF specifically)? DJenerationT
In XCC make sure you give Nunes and Gaffigan some fights together they've both pulled off Fantastic rated main events. I hired a lot of Muai Thai and Boxers which delivered a higher amount of finishes and above average ratings.
Eyeball
As far as I can see, the most reliable way to guarantee good match ratings at present is by setting up mismatches. Huge KO within the 1st round = satisfied blood-thirsty fans. Other than that, the best match ratings I've had have been from situations where one fighter was completely dominated and then manages to turn it completely around to win in spectacular fashion. Just had a fight between Charlie Oakley and Jerome Atkins where Oakley got knocked down by a FLYING KNEE, mounted and almost pounded out in the first, then managed to Greco-Roman slam Atkins and submit him by kimura in the second. Fantastic match rating. Also, having fighters who're good at the more spectacular attacks seems to be crowd pleasing - high creative striking stats for cool spinning back fists and hook kicks and good slamming skills for high-impact takedowns. Fans love those.
