You can recruit high school prospects or draft college ones. You can create your own plays and then call them live during the games. Just less then a year now but at times I have lost interest only to regain it in a month or so. It is still in early development and there are some bugs left, but it's still a good game for you to spend 10 minutes or so on each day as a passing interest.
