Feud OTY I think they should be redone. may be Group of the year (tag team or stable) Person of the year (that is rocky, heel, face manager. just he best character.) I could how ever be convince that going all the way back is better. having tag team, stable, heel, face, manager/personality, & rocky. or just keeping exactly what we have.

I agree with the points you two have made, but I don't have the insight of previous years so, I go with whatever is decided <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

While there is a reason they are a 'big name' some don't read the dynasties themselves and then vote at the end of the year. Sadly, I think that's what comes to happen so the lesser known writers get pushed aside as it becomes somewhat of a popularity contest (It seems from an outsiders perspective).

That said, the only thing you could really do to curb that would be to continually advise that people 'get to know' some writers work before they vote? I mean, people will vote for what they've read, or at least what they are use to, so I guess we'd have to see how it all unfolds.

Some people might have written some very compelling storylines that wouldn't necessarily be classified as "feuds."

As for possibly streamlining the number of awards given out: I can see both sides to that. There are quite a few awards...but, at the same time, more awards means a greater chance that I personally won't finish empty-handed, like last year. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> Seriously though, I think the best idea is to not pay much attention to how many awards there are, and instead look at each award on a case-by-case basis, and decide whether it should be included or not. I saw mistaken highlight a few awards in particular, and when I have time, I'll come back and look them over. But for now, I gotta run.

To see exactly who is most popular?

As a VERY lesser known (practically unknown at the moment) writer, I think if it's meant to happen, it will. We (the lesser known in particular, but everyone that actively contributes a diary) need to keep pumping out quality stuff and accolades will come in time. Part of the problem (everywhere and not just these forums) is that people want instant gratification rather than having to "earn" something over time.

EV, I understand the point you're making and to be honest, there's no way I could even begin to read every story/diary/dynasty, or whatever else anyone wants to call them, on these forums. I doubt there's anyone here that could, so it boils down to what catches peoples attention and gets them to come back to find out what happens next. Get people familiar with our style (or lack thereof, in my case <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> ) and they'll become comfortable and come back to check our work out and keep it in mind at this time of the year.

I hope that doesn't sound like I'm lecturing, because I honestly don't mean to. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Just my $.05 (adjusted for inflation!) <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

seems general consensus would be happy with killing "most improved"

modifiying fued of the year into storyline or fued of the year.

and I propose spliting most compelling worker back into two categories

most compelling wrestler

most compelling non wrestler.

category count would come out the same.
