Minor error trying to sign retired fighter

Just wondering if someone else had that problem. I tought I could sign retired fighter, like in WMMA, where we could signed retired fighter as commentator.

Try to do the same thing in WMMA3, as I offered a contract to Dan Halvorsen, who has retired, it goes in my pending decision and stay there forever.
