rawpride
Lets hear about your superstars and battles between superstars. I've had a lot of fighters gain massive amounts of hype in Alpha-1, and a few even in other organizations but not many fighters have lived up to their hype when they came over to GAMMA. Joshua Hope came over 18-0 as the Alpha-1 Light heavyweight champion with 8 title fight victories under his belt. Because of his "High Level International" Name value it seemed like a good idea to give him a shot at the title, against another former Alpha-1 Champion, Tadamasa Yamada, who is currently the #1 P4P fighter at 33-4 with 7 Alpha-1 Title fight wins, and 5 in GAMMA. Li-Kong Ho is 27-1 with "High Level International" and the current #16 P4P fighter as well as GAMMA Featherweight champion, having just won the belt back in his rematch against Rafael Tavares Fiyero Lermontov 26-1 also "High Level International" #17 P4P is on the rebound from losing his title (8 straight defenses), ranked #2 at Lightweight. green poncho
The closest thing I had to a superstar was Samantha Sachs.

She started 1999 at 8-0 (#2 featherweight), with 3 submissions for a 100% submission wins rating, one Title Fight victory, two Title Defenses, SotN+FotN for gaining the title and SotN for the next two defenses.

She lost her first title defense to Hope Lehane (5-0, #3) by sub, dropping to #5.

She then lost her next fight to Grace Hughes (2-2, unranked) by UD, dropping to #25.

She then lost another fight, this time to Jocelyn Hescott (5-3, #20) by SD, dropping off the rankings entirely.

She then lost her final fight of the year (12/1999) to Diana Marr (5-3, unranked, coming off a TKO loss to Haley Croft).

She got another achievement now... Fall of the Year.
Cinderkun
The biggest star I've had in XCC is still Philip Ziskie. Unfortunately, he's gone now because he was such a big star that I couldn't pay him enough to keep him around. But when he was still with XCC, he was never defeated, defending his title five times successfully and finishing all his opponents by (T)KO. Three of his victories came in the first round, one in the second, and one in the third. He just dominated all the time and the closest anyone ever came to beating him was Luiz Machado, a very good submission artist who had him in some bad positions on the ground.

Right now, it's looking like my next big star is going to be Yagi Jokichi. He's currently my featherweight champ and a master of karate, sporting a 10-0 record. So far he's won six fights in XCC. He's also extremely well rounded and I don't see anyone beating him anytime soon. Fortunately I have plenty of contenders to test him with.
Tag01
Using Modern Warriors (shocker) Jon Jones has become the dominant face of the UFC. He took a brutal decision against Shogun where he spent most of the fight dropping elbows on to the champ. Then he stopped Thiago Silva with elbows as well and put Forrest out with a head kick. Next up he gets Machida who is back on track after TKOing Randy into retirement winning a one-sided rematch decision against Rampage. Phil Davis is slowly making his case for a showdown after blitzing Tito and Little Nog, and Nike Fekete and Robert Drysdale are my two free agent hirings that are starting to move up the ladder. 205 rules. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
