HVD23
I've decided to start a new Rookie-to-Legend game, but there's one thing I'd like to know before I do. How do the weight classes relate to the real-world? Do they follow boxing classifications where a Heavyweight is anyone over 190 pounds, or are they broken down differently? Are there any concrete figure at all? I looked in the manual, and it wasn't there. There's no in-game explanation either.
AdmiralZ
Good question.
D-Lyrium
This is just a guess at how I'd interpret it: Very Small - A Midget wrestler (of which there are many, especially in Mexico) Small - A small, light wrestler, like Rey Mysterio or Spike Dudley, aswell as most females. Lightweight - A Cruiserweight. Under 225lbs Middleweight - A wrestler who's quite a heavyweight, yet not a lightweight either. Wrestlers like John Cena, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho and AJ Styles Heavyweight - Big, muscled wrestlers, like Scott Steiner and HHH, Goldberg, etc.. Large Heavyweight - Heavyweight's who are fat aswell as muscly, like A-Train, or EXTREMELY muscly, like Brock Lesnar. Super Heavyweight - A Sumo-sized wrestler like Yokozuna or Rikishi Giant - Someone who's extremely tall and heavy, like (obviously) Andre and Big Show. Like I say, that's just my interpretation. Adam Ryland
D-Lyrium is correct - they follow "standard" wrestling classifications.
HVD23
If that's true, then can smaller wrestlers ever perform pickup moves on larger opponents? This does happen sometimes, cf. John Cena FU-ing the Big Show.
Adam Ryland
Each move has a maximum weight difference between the victim and the attacker, you can view it via the editor.
