What's your biggest fall after a good stack of wins or hype?

 

For me, it was Phil Davis, after a 11 fight win streak in-game (undefeated, 19-0), with all the hype behind him and the betting odds were stacked HIGHLY in his favour, he failed to beat.....

It has to be Terron Cabal for me. 3rd c-versse game I'm playing and it always goes the same damn way. I sign him up. He has a huge winning streak. Loads of aura and hype. Yet he promptly goes on a losing streak and gets cut. Now, I'd understand losing to wrestlers, but losing to all other strikers? Even Wilson Franklyn? Shocking! He's currently 2-4 beating the likes of Aiona and De Matos. Yaaay!

 

Also, this my 3rd c-verse game seems to have broken Isaiah Monroe. In my previous 2 saves (4yrs and 2yrs completed) I never saw him lose a single fight. Now he's dropped 3 already (nov 01) all by subs to Mizwar, Miuazaki and Zaco.

 

Fernando Amaro also came in highly ranked, went 2-9 and finally got cut after dropping 5 in a row.

In my Cverse game as XCC it's got to be Tomohiro Takeuchi on a 7 fight win streak all finishes in KDMFC. Bring him over first match a tune up to get one win in XCC against Sophan Sastrowardoya he lost by a close split decision. So I put him against Shuler Eigenberg thinking his wrestling will make Shuler pay. Shuler won by KO in 52 seconds, the first strike of fight!. Then I put him against Wyatt Ashur who beats him by TKO in the first.

 

Tomohiro went from #1 Featherweight and #6 P4P to being on a 3 fight losing streak against sub par and unranked competition. Won fall of the year 2001
