Brak Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 I've been digging around the forums and can't seem to find an answer to this question, but I'm sure it's been asked a million times already. When I send a worker to a Developmental Territory, and they say they don't think their skills will improve, is that a guarantee they will not improve, or is that just them trying to stay out of development and stay on the main roster?
Captain2 Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Their skills may improve but not much. In my recent game I sent Big Van Vader to development and he somehow learned a little aerial
Gungner Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Also, the worker in question will quickly drop in morale the longer he stays there.
James Casey Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 I dropped Hannah to development in my SWF game as I really had nothing for her right then. Eight months later I recalled her and like clockwork she has a (-) in her morale section for every single week she spent in development. She also didn't improve much - if at all. Should have just had her in a dark segment each week. Still, we live and learn...
Purple Cowboy Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Did you get the "don't think I'll gain anything from development" message from that particular worker? Or just a straight to development with no fuss?
