Multiplayer and the PSetup file

Since the PSetup file and the PStat file sit outside of the "saves" folder, will having different PSetup and PStat files on different PC's effect multiplayer games ? For instance I tweaked my "high school" table in the PSetup file so that I get a few more recruits from my HS alma mater and surrounding schools. If playing in a mutilplayer league with players who did not have the same file, will it be a problem ? Same with the PStat file. If I have Icy's file and others dont, will that matter ?
