Run-Time error 14 (Please Help)

my game has been running fine, and now all of a sudden I attempt to load any of my existing careers and I get

Run-Time error '14'

Out of String Space

It seems to work fine if I start a new career, but that doesn't help me with the league I'm in.

 

I have reinstalled the game, updated to the newest version, reinstalled from a backup. nothing seems to work

 

Please Help

Error 14 is pretty much always a save that is newer than the build you are using. Try this patch and see if it takes care of the issue:
