YoungNoble Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 What are the popularity requirements to be "Independent Star," "International Worker," etc... Anyone know?
TheEffect Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Virtually Unknown: 0% - 17% Independent Name: 18% - 35% Independent Star: 36% - 54% National Worker: 55% - 72% National Star: 73% - 88% National Superstar: 89% - 100%
Remianen Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Virtually Unknown: 0% - 17% Independent Name: 18% - 35% Independent Star: 36% - 54% National Worker: 55% - 72% National Star: 73% - 88% National Superstar: 89% - 100% If you want to get technical, it's .1. So Independent Name starts at 17.1 (not 18. 18 is just when you can first see their popularity change. They become the next level at the .1). So add .1 to the end of each bracket to find the exact pop to qualify for the next level up. In other words: Virtually Unknown: 0% - 17% Independent Name: 17.1% - 35% Independent Star: 35.1% - 54% National Worker: 54.1% - 72% National Star: 72.1% - 88% National Superstar: 88.1% - 100% (I actually think that National Star ends at 89.0 and Superstar starts at 89.1 but I'm not exactly sure)
YoungNoble Posted April 6, 2011 Author Posted April 6, 2011 Thanks guys. Is there a minimum number of regions or is that for just one? How bout international worker, star, etc...?? Thanks again
C0NTR4l34ND Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 Sorry for bumping this.. My user character is 60+ in Mid Atlantic, 35-40 in Great Lakes and South East. So am I to assume that you need 17 in all regions of USA before becoming an 'Independent Name?' Doesn't seem realistic...you'd think there'd be more of an effect for being so over in a particular area...not that 60 is, but I peaked at 68 and was still getting complaints by other workers not wanting to job to my avatar yet he's not as over as I am in that particular region. So I'd also like to know the minimum number of regions.
