Resources and Information for CBH Artists

For those artists who are kindly providing artwork of characters for the game, please find below links to the default backgrounds that will be used. There is a selection, so that you can select the one that works best with the character in question. The 200x200 versions, for use with the "head shot" versions, are underneath.

 

Please note that a tutorial by Undertaker666, the lead artist on the project, will be coming soon (to be appended to this thread); this will explain the 'default' style that is being used for his characters. I have decided to use a varied style in the game - that is, even if your work is of a vastly different style to his, I will still incorporate it into the game - but the tutorial should allow the artists who wish to try and match the game's look to do so.

Please also note that:

 

1 - Alternate costumes and poses for the same character are supported by the game, so "variant" pictures can be incorporated.

 

2 - "Collective" characters are supported; this means that a group of characters who act as one can use one picture. For example, Marvel's Hand ninjas, rather than requiring hundreds of individual characters, can be simulated as one character - therefore, you could put several ninjas on one background to visually depict this.
