fredreed
What is your feedback on Brock Lesnar's latest injury? In my opinion I think that he needs to re think his goals in MMA and take a good hard look at his health status meaning where he is right now healthwise. It seems to me that when he wrestled his health wasn't bad but now his health seems to be very poor since became a part of the MMA community. I'm not saying that he should retire but just take a break from MMA and consider retiring from the sport and become like a manager in the sport. bigtplaystew
Well he's got a disease of the colon that isn't related to MMA but probably more to his lifetime eating habits. If he were still a pro wrestler he'd have had this disease. I think with treatment he'll be back to 100% sooner than we think.

Brock is unlike most MMA fighters in the sense that he puts his safety first. A younger guy who is hurting for money might not take the same actions Brock takes. He's gonna do what's right by him. That's not a crticism but an observation. He's not going to kill himself in the gym when he can relax and recuperate that much faster.

I'm a fan of his and I hope we get to see him soon.

(Something that Brock has already refused once before) He could continue to take medication in order to keep the illness under control but without surgery Brock will always have setbacks & he will be dealing with it for the rest of his life.

Surgery is the only way to completely recover from the condition, & if he does have it then he's looking at well over 12 months out & at 34 years old i would say it's very possible that we won't ever see him fight again.
