fullMETAL
How will the powers work in this game? Will it be like TEW2010's "Moves" database where you create the power and then use the drop-downs to describe how it works with a small text box for details? Or will it be different? And if so, how will it function?
SGRaaize
I was thinking more on the lines of WreSpi2. Each power would have a lot of different categories, that would affect a lot of different stuff on the battle.
mike b
Im just drooling at the type of powers that i hope can be used for the game.
James Casey
I hope there's a lot of scope for messing around - energy manipulation could be anything from lightning bolts to nuclear power to control of a time vortex, for example.

Super strength comes in many ranges - Superman can lift countries, the Hulk can lift trains, the Thing can lift buses, Spider-man can lift cars.

Agility, telepathy, telekinesis and its equivalents (hydrokinesis, for example, or magnetism)...

And that's not even getting into the tech powers. Very exciting all around.
mike b
Dont forget magic and supernatural based powers also.
OctoberRaven
I hope there are draining powers too. Including draining one stat (or HP) in exchange for a boost to a stat of your own (or HP). Kind of like Parasite, or a vampire character. Also stat transfers that affect yourself, kind of like how Iron Man would be able to reroute the power systems in his suit to trade in his sheilds for an all-powerful uni-beam blast, or refocus his thrusters to his sheilds, etc etc. EDIT- Ideally, IMO, powers would work in a way similar to HERO System, a table top RPG game that's extremely open ended. Basically you can build and rebuild powers to suit your character, with the only real limitation is the XP you have to spend. Not sure how that would translate to TCG as for copyright reasons he can't just simply use HERO System rule for rule.
Genadi
I'd like to see Financial Power maybe? Something that a guy with no real powers can influence lackeys or create minions or something.
