Platty
Hi guys, I'm in a game running the WWE, and TNA are in massive debt - what do I do to 'take them over' taking their current talent contracts, title belts, tv shows etc.?
Gungner
You go to the companies sektion, find the promotion, click on "View company profile", click on "business" and then on "Attempt Takeover".
Platty
Thanks!

Do any of you know what tends to be the criteria for a company being open to a takeover? In my game TNA is in a massive amount of debt with F rated momentum, they're doing terribly and had to release a load of workers due to the debt - yet still say that they "aren't in a bad enough state" to need to be taken over.
Gungner
Generally (in my experience), there need to be a story on the website first, regarding their financial situation.
Platty
I decided to test this, and put TNAs finances as -99999999, i've been playing for a month since I've done it, and other than releasing a handful of workers, they still wont accept any advances... Seems strange?

Seems strange? Are you at war? That might make them unwilling to accept your help, despite the fact they need it and that WWE bought out WCW in real life. Seems strange? You have to give it a few months earliest I've had is May (from January) (trying a similar method in the default data.) Also before you start put the owner and booker's monthly contracts to the highest they can go, so not only are they in debt but they are making a loss too
