After a commercially successful, though decidedly not fan friendly, showing in GBP 41, Oscar and team are back with <strong><em>GBP 42 featuring Roger Gracie's latest title defense!</em></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong><em>Roger Gracie (23-5) Vs. Roger Hollett (18-1) for the GBP Championship</em></strong></p><p>

In a matchup pitting GBP’s much maligned champion against fast rising star Roger Hollett fans are expecting a main event that is every bit the matchup that the headliner for GSP 41 was not. If styles do indeed make fights, then this one should be a great one.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><em>Edgard Andre (20-3) Vs. Braulio Estima (15-1)</em></strong></p><p>

While Estima is the favorite in most fight circles, don’t count Edgard Andre out.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><em>Sean O’Connell (10-2) Vs. Jorge Santiago (11-4)</em></strong></p><p>

The hard punching O’Connell is looking to pull off the upset in this hotly anticipated matchup, but, if Jorge’s kicks find their mark it could be a long night for him.</p><p> </p><p>

Interesting matchup here, but with these two styles the fight could verge on being a boring contest.</p><p> </p><p>

The opener for GBP 42 could be the kind of matchup that makes fans forget GBP 41.</p><p> </p><p>

I wanted to put Roger Gracie in a real test, and think I have found one in Roger Hollett. Should be interesting to see how this one shakes down. I don’t have much for names in my promotion so far, and those that I do have were unavailable for the card, so this will have to suffice. I’m hoping for a much better showing in the Critical Rating department than <em>GBP 41</em> . . . If any of you would like to make predictions, please see the key below (note: I’ve added a <strong><em>wild card</em></strong> section that includes a couple of the bigger upcoming fights from rival promotions).</p><p> </p><p>

As far as the fighters I created, and continue to create, for it, I will probably post them with the idea that people merge them into a database should they choose to do it.</p><p> </p><p> I was really just messing around with an idea, and it has kind of worked, though I should have started with 6 companies representing each region instead of 3 in the US.</p><p> </p><p> Thanks.
